My name is Sonia I been going to Juan pollo since it was Juan Pollo for years now . I never had an issue till 05/12, I had bought a mini pack of chicken added, rice abd potatoe salad and rice, when I got home I put the salsa on my my chicken then I noticed a nasty short hair in my salsa and pulled it out was sticking out.. I immediately called talk to the guy who sold me the food he said I could call the following day which was today 05/13/21 I did contact the manager or Patty the owner and she was rude and said I can give you a free salsa she also said the chicken was good you ate it and you are not getting a replacement or a refund Rather than apologizing for my inconvenience I wasn't going to eat that after it grossed me out all I wanted to tell her my concern but now I'm disputing it with my bank and have them handle it She said she will fight with the merchant I would lik le to say to everyone don't buy chicken there next time you may get food poisoning or tye runs, or worse .. especially if you have kid's. I will also report this to the better business bureau and if no resolution tyr complaint will just stay there resolved. read more

Went in to order to go. Cashier said 45 minutes wait. I said okay. I went shopping it was ready in 20 minutes!! I was surprised. They give extra rice and extra tortillas for the wait, even though we didn't wait long! I've been eating at this location since before 2007! Always AMAZING. Not recommended for Large party packs! After paying almost $500 worth of food for my daughters baby shower the owner refuses to take responsibility for poor quality chicken and never returned my call regarding portal refund as she initially agreed too. The chicken was way overcooked And falling apart as if I had ordered it to make tacos!! A lot of it went to waste as people picking it up to serve themselves!! Owner said I should've called her and return the 300 pieces of chicken while all my guests waited for them to cook a whole new batch and get it replaced! Ridiculous! I went in there about 40 minutes to close and I must say I was pleasantly surprised that they keep Fresh Chicken till the end, I love there rice and potato salad. Pricing is reasonable and portions are perfect. The only thing they need to improve on is the look of the place. It looks very old and rundown. But don't let that fool you I almost left because I thought the chicken might be dry and sides cold, but every things was fresh, tasty and hot.
