If my pizza was already finished, why was I told it wasn't ready? Instead of receiving a fresh, hot pizza, I received one that had been sitting out while I waited unnecessarily. Management should review their pickup process and train employees to notify customers as soon as their orders are completed. Customers shouldn't have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for food that has already been prepared.
