The manager came out apologizing and took our drink orders. We immediately felt bad because we were not trying to get anybody in trouble, just trying to get the ball rolling. Our server was Vianey and she was training Nedved. They were a fantastic duo. He was very kind and she kept giving him tips to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. We ordered unlimited soup, salad, breadsticks, and our lunch special entrées. I ordered Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and my cousins ordered Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo and the Five Cheese Ziti. It was delightful and a perfect meal. I tried the Five Cheese Ziti and it was so good. I might try that next time I've never had it before. We even ordered a couple entrées to go. I had the cauliflower crust with pepperoni, sausage, chorizo, jalapenos, mushrooms, and banana peppers. The pizza came out piping hot and delicious! Again...it was delicious. Whether it was the crust or the combination of ingredients or the way it was made...as they say it was a "perfect pizza pie". The crust was perfectly toasted...the thickness of the pizza was thin crust type so it wasn't extremely filling. Sometimes you only eat 2-3 slices at other places and you feel loaded down with the flour. I ate the whole thing and didn't feel like I had a 2lb weight on my stomach. My wife also loved her pizza...loved it. Great thing of this place is they had draft...and several selections. I had the local 5x5 Bombshell draft and it was a perfect complement to the pizza. They also had other types of fruit drinks of combinations that aren't found elsewhere (cucumber/mint, mango/lemonade). We sampled a few and each one tasted natural and not pumped full of sugar. I wasn't super excited about a Kale Slaw being on the slider but it was actually pretty good and didn't have too much of a "kale taste". I don't do great with spicy but the medium spice level wasn't too much at all. It added flavor without being overpowering, which is exactly what I wanted.
