Don't tell me anything so sitting here waiting so can feed my kids but cant do that now and put me behind on things. Just because they can't do their job more I missed out and lost money because now im behind and late for work. Dont tell me anything for over 30 minutes sitting there. I say im gona take the kid home then they finally say they remaking it and dont tell me why. Get home and they still mess up the order. Got cheese sticks but they gave regular breadsticks. We ordered three pizzas for delivery. After noting that the tracking doesn't work (forever says pizza is being prepared), I'll move on from there. We ordered all pizzas with extra sauce and they arrived with virtually none on any of them. There wasn't enough sauce to even consider the pizzas to have a normal amount on them. One diner had so little sauce he felt he was eating cheese bread and a second diner had no sauce at all in the middle of the pizza. I ordered a Big New Yorker with extra cheese today and had a terrible experience. When I picked it up, I thought it felt very light but left Pizza Hut without looking in the box. I got home and found what appeared to be a very old pizza that did NOT have the double pepperoni a Big New Yorker has, nor did it have extra cheese whatsoever. It looked pathetic, as you can see for yourself. I tried calling Pizza Hut *SIX* times, but all calls go to a centralized call center, and upon connecting me with the local store, I was hung up on all 6 times. So, I drove back up to Pizza Hut and showed the pizza to the manager who made me a new one very quickly. The website is completely useless. Ordered on Super Bowl Sunday. Website tells me my food is ready. Go to pick it up and they tell me that there are still 11 pizzas ahead of me and to try back in around an hour. I remember a time when this Pizza Hut was on point. The dough was undercooked. Many times, there have been issues with the quality. I felt terrible a year ago picking up an order, seeing a long line. My family and I have visited this Pizza Hut a few times for pick up or delivery. We decided to do the lunch buffet 1130am-130pm today. It was actually exciting because it was busy. That's a good thing. They got me with all you can eat salad bar. Where can you get an all you can eat salad bar for $5.99 but this includes pizza, pasta and more. The food was great. We enjoyed the fresh salad and pizza that just kept coming out. We go to Anchor Bar, which is a sports bar, to watch the game. However, they close at 9 which is long before any game is over. 2 weeks ago they turned the TVs off when it went into overtime...so my husband and I, dissappointingly, started walking home, as we live within a mile of the place. We saw the TVs on in Pizza Hut and saw they were open until 11 and they allowed us to watch the game with MUCH cheaper beer and a welcoming vibe. Tonight we left Anchor bar right after close as they were trying to close up and went straight to Pizza Hut. The bartender, Irene, stayed late for us and was THE BEST bartender/server we have had in a long time. So welcoming and engaging and even found us better prices without asking. Whatever you do, don't order from this Pizza Hut. To say they're terrible is an understatement. Let me tell you what happened. I placed an order on the app for bread sticks, pan pizza, a thin and crispy pizza, and soda. I received an email stating my order would be ready at 7:40. We got there at 7:35 and the order wasn't ready and was told it would be another 15 mins or so. We go back in at 8:00 and it took another 10 mins for them to find the order. Which never came. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called this evening and was told by the shift manager because the general manger was "too busy"' and since I didn't complain Friday ... which I did .. he wasn't going to do anything for me. Sooo ... hey... great ... y'all suck and no wonder your reviews are in the toilet. Buyer beware, your food will suck. You won't get treated well and you'll get ripped off. The floor is sticky despite no customers dining. I shouldn't have even been inside being that I ordered curbside. We went for an early Saturday dinner around 5pm. Our waitress was very quiet and timid. The salad bar needed some serious help. The vast majority of the selections were old, dried out, browning and just yuck. I mentioned it to one of the waitresses who said she would check it, but I never saw her check it. This place is a joke now. Use to be good when they had a younger guy running the bar area, he actually cared about the customers. He would remember our drink order and had it for us as we were sitting down. He has good ideas for drink specials and others to bring in customers but owners/management would not listen to him. Then once he left most of his ideas were implemented, freaking sad for others to take credit for his ideas and plans. After that we stopped going to this Pizza Hut and would actually drive to one on Thousand Oaks and Jones maltsburger for there excellent service and appreciation for their customers. We returned a couple of times due to the 4.99 buffet but noticed the management still sucks and the only thing that saves them are the waitresses. I don't know how they do it and put up with horrible bosses. It will be a while, if ever, before we go back. They seem to be now a comedy club than a food service restaurant. When someone has to go up to the take out window for a refill don't joke around saying that you don't offer refills. It's not funny and makes you look like an ass. They give it to me, so I return home and find out the three sauces to my order was forgotten. So, wanting to give my brother an okay dinner experience (It's pizza hut HAHA), I drive back. Mind you by the time I get there again I would've spent 45 minutes driving. But again I don't mind. Some guy sees me waiting at the pick up window, and I tell him I was just there picking up my order not too long ago, found out they forget all the sauces and that I drove back to get i . He just laughs and calls the girl who had helped me earlier. She brings me the ranch sauce, and I tell her I had the garlic and also the marinara sauce. Customer service here is poor. Me and my family dined in to eat. First, no one was there to greet you or seat us, so we waited 5 minutes til I just got up a seated myself. Only one employee was serving and he was to overwhelm with orders and service to customers. The sad part, I counted at least 7-10 employees in the back. I'm not sure if they were drivers or cooks but no one came to help the server. We ordered a medium pizza and traditional wings. We received breaded wings and a over cooked pizza. I didn't say anything about the wings because my boys was hungry. But I did return the pizza for a better cooked one. Customer service here is hit and miss but never consistent.
