I'd give 0 stars if I could. For years we've been ordering carry out. But the last 3 times the pizza has been terrible!! I always say cook extra time. Last 3 times the pizza is practically raw. The pepperoni is tough and tasteless. I always ask for hut favorite on crust. Was not on any of the 3 ordered tonight. They tasted like cardboard. Its a lot of trouble to talk to anyone in restaurant because ALL calls go through customer service even if you call the local number. Customer service at times has hung up on me when i asked to speak to local manager. They are terrible. No longer ordering from them. read more

I have tried to like this place. Whether it's the lack of ability to keep good staff or, whatever, it's apparent that this store has massive problems. I used to like to come in and have a couple of drinks while I waited for carry out. I don't order anything special. Rum and coke. But that is like calculus to some of them. Irene is the last good one. Every other bartender that knew what they were doing has left. I was asked the other day if I wanted my drink on the rocks. Uh, yes, I'll take my run and Coke on the rocks. Pretty much how it's done everywhere. I've gotten tequila instead of rum. Gross. It's not just the bar (though this should be a differentiator but they are just squandering it). I've gotten cold pizza. Wrong orders. I mean, it's a real crap shoot. Like I said, I wanted to like this place. It's close to my house. I started to go there tonight and just said forget it. I'm at Chilli's. Terrible service! Ordered a pizza for pick up, was given a 35 min wait time went to pick it up, went up to the window and paid when i got there. They said it's be few more minutes so i sat at the table in front of the window and waited over an hour! When I went up to check, I was told it had been ready, and I must not of heard them call my name. Not a chance! Another time we decided to dine in, we ordered some drinks when I got my wine it was in a large soda glass and only had about 3 ounces in it. My husband asked, "Don't you have a wine glass?" (They have a full bar) "No the bartender broke the last one." WOW! I knew they started charging for wing dipping sauce which I think is wrong, but now they charge for red pepper and parmesan! There's not much selection in the 3009 area (I've realized) so you best get to investigating all the little places and see if they can provide the basic dining necessities. I had no idea this was a Pizza Hut franchise. I've been to one like this off Nacodoches. I've got to admit how impressed I am. The restaurant feels local, looks local and appears to have very enthusiastic employees. On our visit we were in the early dinner crowd. We had the pleasure of being served by a 17 year old high school foot ball player who was just fun to talk to. I like when people like what they're doing and enjoy making small talk. The atmosphere was tops for Schertz. I enjoy the bar setting still keeping the family friendlies in mind. The food was fresh and hot. Extremely rude and not in the least accommodating. Management was short and annoyed that they screwed up my order. Also, when is it EVER acceptable for it to take 90-120 minutes to have pizza delivered? Maybe on Super Bowl Sunday but on your average Friday, just shows incompetence and laziness somewhere down the line. If it were possible to score a 0/5 stars, I would. Placed my to go order today, was given a 40 minutes pickup time, when I arrived it was not even in the oven and I was told it would be an additional 30 minutes before it was ready. The service and friendliness of this location is HORRIBLE. I am not one to give reviews but I have had enough! I have carried out twice and both my experiences have been horrible. it took nearly 45 minutes to make 6 wings! After I had been told it would take 15, it is very unorganized and it seems like the staff does not care at all about what is happening. the first time I got a carry out my pasta was burned and was unable to eat. Pizza is not that good. Customer service extremely poor, even the call center puts you off. We have ordered for years form here, but the service has gone to extremely poor. Fri before super bowl ordered at 7:05pm for DSL, they lost the order, the customer service was poor with no solutions, put me off the the call center mgr whom offered me a $10 credit, then the dist mgr, lied and stated I would have it by 9:15. Omg....why meeeeee! So we decide to order a pizza because we were relaxing out back. The online form specifically asks if there were special instructions...Yeah, CALL WHEN YOU ARE AT THE DOOR ...easy enough, done and done, oh noooo. an hour and thirty five minutes later nothing, it seems delivery guy came and went, no phone call...20 additional minutes on hold to try to find the delivery guy, i am now ummmm upset, so off i head to pizza hut, while still on hold. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Called the restaurant on 3009 in schertz and it took 3 times and over 20 minutes to answer the phone. When they answer, its like they were never taught manners and acted like I was some inconvenience for being a customer. I have ordered many pizzas from this store, but today was my first disappointing experience. I ordered two medium pizzas, one without cheese and a triple chocolate brownie. Both pizzas had the wrong crust, and the one I ordered without cheese came with cheese. I called the store before realizing the pizzas had the wrong crust. I really enjoy eating Pizza Hut but I will not be ordering anymore. They tell me the price of a special and when I order that special, the price goes up 9 dollars. No one (including the manager at the Schertz store) understands why but that is just what they do. It makes no sense to have a special and not honor it. Projected 2 hour delivery time - bad enough. Pizza was over 10 minutes late (because 2 hours wasn't long enough), so I made a call supposedly to the store, but actually ended up talking to a service center somewhere. They said they'd have the store manager call me back as soon as possible. 15 minutes later and no call, so I called back and asked to be transferred directly to the manager. Waited 10 minutes on hold to talk to a service center manager - evidently, the idiot I was talking to first can't distinguish between a store manager and his manager. Service manager says he'll get me on the line with the store manager but I get cut off. I call back, wait to talk to another service rep who tells me it will be at least 20 minutes before I can talk to a service manager and that she can't transfer me to the store manager. So 2 hours and 45 minutes after ordering a pizza, i still have no pizza. And no call from the store manager explaining why his store can't produce a pizza in less than 3 hours. read more

All lies @pizzahut does to care, new pizza still takes 1 1/2 hours delivery, if you get it! I have never been so mad in my life. I ordered online at Pizza Hut, I have ordered here before a month ago and now it is different. Now it takes at least 1 1/2 hours for delivery! When you call the store number, you get a call center, and when you cancel it takes 3 business days to get your money refunded! This Pizza Hut is sad. It has a sewer smell when you walk in. The tables were sticky. They're always understaffed, which leads to bad service. Honestly, I don't see how it has ended up like this. It's in a quaint area, which should make it cozy, but as soon as you walk in..that's not the case. Management needs to step up the service. The host/waiter was rude then spilled water on my mom bc he was in a hurry and trying to carry too much. Which again, leads back to being understaffed. read more

I read a lot of the reviews for this Pizza Hut location and can honestly say, I had the total opposite experience. The guy at the take out window (James, I believe) was very nice. Our order was wrong, I believe it was a mistake I made while placing the order online and without hesitation, he quickly offered to make us the correct pizza at no charge. Ordered the Big Dipper pizza which was supposed to come with honey sriracha, barbecue, ranch and 2 marinara. It came with all except the marinara which was necessary considering the pizza has no sauce on it. Instead it came with a gross mystery sauce and I'm afraid to know what it was. Well its a Pizza Hut but this one has a separate bar area that has TVs easy for watching the game. I had the Asian sauce wings bone-in and they had great flavor. Service was a little slow but it was because they only had one person for all the tables. It's in the neighbourhood so I will def. Be going again. read more
