This is the worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. The pizza looked, and tasted, like it had been under a heat lamp for 2 hours. I put it in the oven to "freshen" it up, the cheese never re-melted. It was just as bad, and unchanged, as before I put it in the oven. The cheesy bread was doughy. I put them in the oven to crisp them up. THEY NEVER CHANGED IN APPEARANCE. I decided to retry Pizza Hut again we have had not good pizza previously but with the my faves my way I thought I would give them another chance. It was disappointing the pizza crust looked like it was just rolled up small pizza and was so thick the was kinda raw in the middle could really only get through maybe a piece and a half it was pretty gross. The pizza I did eat had no real flavor the crust was so thick there wasn't enough sauce. The only reason I'm not giving it a one star is the wings were ok, but that was my last order there or at any Pizza Hut really they all seem to be about the same. This is now my second and final order, because I understand places have off nights, so wanted to give another chance. we are going on over an hour and half delivery when we were told 30-45 minutes. When we called the store it took over 10 minutes just ringing and ringing for someone to answer and then the representative was super rude and didn't offer any explanation except the driver has 3 orders. No apologies or offer to compensate. Delivery finally arrived and of course is cold and unfortunately isn't correct...over $35 + tip for one pizza and cheese breadsticks and surprise surprise, it's not hot and not what we ordered. Summary; don't go here unless it is a late Sunday night and nothing else is open. Story: I always liked the Hut but it is obvious they have milked as much cost as possible out of their product. There was maybe 3 ounces of fake cheese on our large pie, maybe 8 pepperonis that were paper thin. The dough was thick with a lot of sauce, the two items that cost the least they had the most of. Typical large corporate empty calories. There are much better options in Senoia. The service wasn't even good. To order online you have to provide an email address, a cell number won't suffice, to call in the order it was taken by a remote location which I think was in India. I could go on but I'm giving 2 stars instead of one since they have convenient hours. read more

I ordered a pizza 7/26/23 and used my points to get cheese sticks. When I arrived at the store I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes even though my app had said my food had been ready for 10 minutes! When I got to the register, after letting several customers go in front of me as my so called ready order wasn't ready, I was told finally they they had no crust to make my pizza so they substituted a hand tossed crust. I wasn't ok with this but I had already paid and needed dinner from somewhere. I reluctantly took my order and left. No apology. No sorry. No let me compensate you for your inconvenience. Not even free cheese sticks. They actually took it off my accumulated points. Anything would have been something. To make it even better the pizza was barely edible. When we arrived to the place to pick it up, they straight up said "oh we didn't think you would actually come get it so we didn't make it"....are you kidding me? I ordered a pizza at 7:10 the call center said 20-35min to be delivered, card showed up charged around 8:00. I call no one answered, got the call center at 8:45 they said they delivered it at 8:10 they would transfer me to the actual Senoia, Location, Multiple times no answer! I drive down there look in the window and everyone was on their personal phone, called and listened to it ring multiple times! I walk in hot, and asked if anyone answered the f****** phone around here, a girl walks out and I explain the situation.She asked if I wanted to speak to a manger, at this time it was like 9:00 She walks back there and said the Manager cut out early. She says it shows I got my pizza! I didn't sign for it like they said I was supposed to, the manager is now on the girls phone talking to me on the employees speaker phone. She claims they can't answer the phone, I don't know the Pizza Hut way of doing business! So they all huddle in a corner, I confronted all of them about being on their smart phones and not working or answering the phone, they didn't deny it! Non the less, right when I call the cops on speaker phone. The driver they couldn't get a hold of, calls me. He says, "he's not sure if he's at the right address but he's at my house" at now 9:10ish,He wasn't by the way. I said no you're not there and it's too late now! The cops pull up,I give them the rundown I can tell they think I'm being petty or maybe just annoyed they are babysitting adults, the cops asked if I would just take a refund. They claim now they remember my pizza got smashed and they had to make another one? They told this to the cops! Also they tried to return my money they said that only when the cops pulled up in front they of the business. Well I'll maybe give them a second chance but I don't eat Pizza often now a days. The good news is, they're really close to Our house. So far, that's really the only good news. Ordered a "small" pizza online. It was very easy. With a 4.00 tip it came to 24.00. Partners is much better and way cheaper. Amazed that the front entrance, inside was dirty with food particles on the Floor. Not sure how that got there. Cashier was friendly, no problems with her. Pizza was ready. Got home and wow, what a disappointment. Ordered a thin crust with mushrooms, green peppers, and pepperoni. All vegetables had what looked like freezer burn on them. This is the worst run restaurant I've seen in quite some time. They are slow and rarely get things out correctly and on time. Poor planning for game days and the fact that the website quotes is 35 minutes and when we arrived well after that time they say another 30 plus minutes once they finally acknowledge you. I placed an order online and it said the order would be ready in an hour. No problem. I went to the store and my app said it was ready for picked up. When I went inside there was several people like me who ordered in advance. Not only was my order not ready, it hadn't been started. I was also told they didn't have any pepperoni. I would have to wait 30 minutes for that. I had people waiting ar my house and didn't have time to wait any longer. I cancelled the order, as did 3 other people. We called and placed an order OVER THE PHONE, one evening. We had our nephew and 3 of his friends come on their way through to Miami for spring break. The Oder was supposed to come in 45 minutes...Next my nephew gets an alert it's coming via door dash, even tho we called and placed it they Pizza Hut. The driver said he was enroute to get the food. After a while that driver stopped being our driver and another deliver door dasher is supposed to pick it up. All the while it's getting later and later. We tried calling PIZZA HUT and they didn't answer the phone. After midnight we get an alert. Our order was cancelled. No one called to tell us what happened. A few weeks later our credit card bill comes and we were still charged $71.85! I've called and spoken with Shante several times. She says we need to get the refund from door dash. Since it read placed over the phone door dash says it's Pizza Hut. (Which is what my credit card statement says) Shante told me someone had hacked her personal credit card recently, and she understands why I want my money back, because she wanted hers back, too. Which has absolutely nothing to do with this. ...I'm not sure she really cares. Because my issue could be resolved BY HER. Don't order over the phone or give out your credit card number they will use it and not supply the order. If they'd called us we could've picked it up. Upon finalizing our order we were notified that our order would take nearly 3 hours to complete and deliver. we went to the local store to pick up our food. We walked out of the store, with food in hand, asking the lady at the counter if this was the whole order. she confirmed it was complete. when we got alll the way back home our food was not only cold, but half missing. we went back to the store and received a full refund.
