Found this restaurant on Yelp and was pleasantly surprised once we arrived! What a cool little downtown area, from the historic feel to the clean and upbeat vibe. Lots of cool stores and restaurants and this one was no exception. They had a bar area with full liquor selection, as well as a bright and clean very chic dining area. Me and my daughter had the Rangoon egg rolls for an appetizer. They were heavy on the cream cheese and not quite as flavorful as I would've liked, but they were hot and fresh and good nonetheless. Her French dip was good with fresh bread and a nice au jus. I had the steak frites medium rare and they came with fries and a chimichurri compound butter. Steak was room temp but well cooked and the butter was very nice on the steak and also on the fries below. Our server kept the drinks full and was accommodating as well. Fun spot to try!

Great food and service! We had the Onion Rings for an appetizer, I had the shrimp tacos and my husband had the Southwest Chicken salad! Everything was delicious! The portions are huge!

Great new addition to Senoia. The atmosphere is nice and they had great music playing. The server was quick and the food came out fast. We had the fried green tomatoes and Mother Clucker sandwich. Both had a wonderful taste. We split the tomatoes between two people and had to take half of our sandwich and fries home for later. I was pleased and we will definitely go back.

    Lobster roll

The lobster roll is really inconsistent. Last weekend, I wanted a lobster roll and was considering taking the trip into Atlanta. However, a quick Google search led me here. Placed a to-go order...best lobster roll I had in a while. They didn't make it to the house. Fast forward this weekend, got the exact order, yet dined in. The lobster roll was mid. Where last weekend's dish consisted of the lobster's tail and had a decent amount of aioli, today's roll was nothing but claw meat and pretty dry. The waitress, who was pretty apologetic and nice, mentioned it depends on who makes it and what parts are available at the time. My son enjoyed the We Jamming burger. The restaurant is really cute, and it appears to be a nice brunch spot. So, I may return to try another dish or just inquire about the lobster meat before ordering.

The quant little downtown of Senoia (home of Alexandria in The Walking Dead) is home to several cute shops and restaurants...perfect for a Saturday stroll. Curious Kitchen and Bar is a newer addition to the growing downtown area, just above Maguire's Irish Pub. My wife and I had a rare date night away from our four kids. It was the perfect combination of casual fun and high quality. We started off with their loaded fries. WOW. They were the best fries I've had in a long time. Covered with melted pimento cheese, crispy pancetta, and scallions...served with your choice of three house-made sauces. The thousand island was our favorite of the three we chose...kinda wished we'd even doubled up on it. It was that good, no shot at the others. Our entrees were great as well. The romesco sauce on the goat cheese gnudi was a little spicier than expected but super tasty. The chicken confit special was loaded with textures and flavors...I had to finish it, even though I was STUFFED already. We didn't have room for dessert, but I know they're freshly made in-house and sounded delicious. Next time! If you live in the area, you need to check this place out. It's unassuming from the outside but quite the gem inside. RUN (don't walk) to eat here...Because zombies are lurking nearby.

Man let me start off by saying BOTTOMLESS FREAKING FRESHLY SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE MIMOSAS!!! I said BOTTOMLESS!!!!! Saturday's and Sunday's. Yeah the food was good too. Seriously Americans, give this place a try for brunch this weekend and thank me whenever. "Hey man, why didn't you give them five stars?"...you know what, I should (literally just changed the review from 4 to 5). Stay tuned for my next review...I've been coerced into doing these ‍.

Frothy and warm don't recommend this anymore So sad!!

This is my favorite place to go at Christmas time! The food is always yummy, but At Christmas they have an eggnog that is delicious! (And I'm not an eggnog fan). We go there multiple times during the Christmas season for some holiday cheer - however they recently fired/let the bartender go and another bar tender took over the eggnog recipe and it is terrible. It's no longer smooth and cold it's not just frothy and lukewarm and tastes like straight bourbon. For a long time tradition I'm sad to see this place go downhill!! Bring back the female she is a phenomenal bartender w a great personality. Carlos is a good bartender and a nice guy , but he doesn't know how to make eggnog and that's such a disappointment- we won't be bringing anyone here for straight bourbon!

Absolutely insane chicken sandwich and PB pie. Quick service and not too loud for a bar. 5/5 stars will 100% go back.

It was early on a Tuesday night, so it wasn't very busy. My drink came out quickly, and the food followed not long after. I ordered the Tequila Mockingbird cocktail, which was amazing, but only if you're a mezcal fan. If you're not into that smoky flavor, this probably isn't your drink. For food, I asked the bartender what burger to get, and she recommended the classic burger with cheese, so I went with that and added sweet potato fries. The burger and fries were delicious, simple, well done, and exactly what I was hoping for. The inside has a really nice dark, rustic vibe that fits the town perfectly. Staff was friendly, and overall the whole experience felt easy and relaxed. They do take reservations, but since I went early, I didn't need one. I can definitely see this place getting packed with tourists during busier times. Overall, a great spot in a charming little town. I'd come back.

It's always sad to me when this happens, because in my opinion having great food is the hard part. Seeing them excel in that but fail the easy stuff is hard :( What they struck out on: - host and hostess chatting when we walked up, they seemed to be complaining about something. We didn't receive any smiles. Didn't feel like they wanted to be there. Yes I understand it's a job, but warm welcomes are important and they are the first impression for a customer when they walk in. - It was 80 degrees and dreadfully humid outside since it had been raining. They had the doors open and I didn't see or feel any fans or air conditioning running. I saw a patron using a hand fan while we ate. - Since there was no air conditioning running, all the steam from the dishwashing and cooking in the kitchen came out to the dining area and lingered in the air the entire time we ate. We thought it was smoke at first but it didn't have a smell, when we walked out to leave I felt the steam leaving the kitchen area - Unbearably loud. I'm not sure why the acoustics are so bad but there is just nothing absorbing any noise. All the ruckus just echoes. Pretty sure this was mainly due to the tables being somewhat close together and the chairs having no sound buffers. It was suuuper loud when people got up to leave and when bussers were cleaning the tables. - Out of the fried green tomatoes which we were excited to order. - I ran out of water while eating. My drink didn't get filled until maybe 10-15 mins later. - Our waitress was running around, very busy. We didn't get checked on that much. It wasn't her fault. She was very courteous and was working hard. They seemed to not have enough staff on hand. - The napkins shed everywhere? When I opened my napkin a cloud of lint came up from it. It was all over my black shorts when we left. - Ends of the tables were all scratched up. - Decor is a bit of a hodgepodge. Having fake candles at each table for a place that gives southern farmhouse is an interesting choice. - The pimento cheese plate came with only 5 mini pieces of toast. We had to ask for more which was an upcharge. There's no way all the pimento cheese could be eaten on 5 pieces. Their home runs: - The food was amazing. I really liked the steak frites. I ordered the steak medium. It was nice and tender. The fries were seasoned and crispy. The chimichurri sauce was great. My friend and I both liked the pimento cheese and the bread that it came with. We weren't crazy about the house pickles. My friend loved her caesar salad. - The prices are great. Super affordable for high quality food. - Menu is expansive. - We had no wait to be seated. - No trouble parking. Location is convenient. As you can see, the list of cons is very very long. It was truly an odd thing to experience, since the place had such great food. I'm thinking the Curious Pig needs a restaurant management consultant or something? We might try this place again sometime later. We'll see.
