The waitress got our order wrong and gave us spicy chicken instead of original and then didn't come back to check on us until we had to flag her down and ask for a check and a box. They literally tasted like they had been sitting out for two weeks. I have a perspective from both a customer and an employee. Customer Service: You really don't know what you're going to get at this location. I've seen people wait at the door to be seated without acknowledgment from the staff and then there are times where they're greeted promptly. This location has such a high turnover rate that the staff is not properly trained half the time in my opinion. Food Quality: The Mac and cheese is awful. I wouldn't recommend it. I've seen kitchen staff touch the food with their bare hands and was pretty shocked by this action in general. I think what makes this location so chaotic is their system to take out orders. Which basically means there's no system at all. They expect the waiters and waitresses to bag to go orders but when it's a busy night they should be focused on the customers at their tables. read more

I typically love my bdubs, but multiple times now I've gotten naked wings when I have ordered them sauced. When I told the cashier the sauce I needed on the side since they weren't tossed.. she ended up giving me salsa instead . I have also had to wait 5-7 minutes without being acknowledged. This restaurant has been in this location for a while now but despite of it, this is the first time my wife and I visited. The place lives up to its reputation as one of the more popular sports bar. The atmosphere was festive, with dozens and dozens of TVs, small, medium and large, plus a host of projectors on facing the walls. I got the street tacos and cheeseburger while my wife got the medium-portion wings. The size of the wings was excellent, bigger than many of the other places. They were cooked just right, fried to a crispy outside and still juicy inside. The cheeseburger was okay, not too bad. The tacos were not too good. They would have been better if the sauce was put on the side instead of poured over the meat. With just water to supplement our meal, our bill came up to $30. We had to get a to-go box for 4 pieces of wings as we couldn't finish our orders. All in all, not too bad. Next time, we'll just order two dishes. Had an issue with the server taking her sweet time bringing a 30 second turn around item,then she got the order wrong ,and had an attitude after I went to leave and made a snarky remark as she walked behind me.
