No apology for any of it. She just made excuses saying there is no way because things get done this way or that way. The only thing I was offered was to come try another piece of chicken. When I explained that it would be too much of a waste to drive all the way back to "try a different piece of chicken" the manager said "well I don't know what to tell you then" I heard her say stupid bitch as she hung up on me. I called back and asked for her name she said "sorry I don't feel comfortable giving out that info." I said that was fine cause I will not be returning to this store again and she said " I really don't care" I just feel like I wasted my money and that the manager did not care to try to solve any issues and was extremely rude. We eat there often because it is what my fiancée likes but I will not be back at this restaurant ever due to the way the issue was handled. At the very least she could of offered me another gallon of tea and even lied and say she was going to look into it but she did nothing but disrespect me when I was nothing but respectful and letting them know things weren't right! Being offered another gallon of SWEET TEA would of made a world of difference. But your manager should not be in the customer service business! This is coming from someone who has been in customer service for many years. Could use a good cleaning.

I always order pizza, but I've been known to order Cassano Skins and chicken tenders. ALL of which are outstanding! (I hear that the subs are terrific as well). Back to the pizza. It is faultless. The crust, the sauce, the toppings. And ALWAYS baked to perfection, with just the right browning of their provolone cheese (I believe they shred it right there in their kitchen). We almost always do carry out, and it never fails to be a grand experience too. They're always on time, and the people never fail to be friendly and courteous; both on the phone when ordering and when pick up is made. There are several other pizza establishments in Sidney, but I have never tried them. I've found the very best, so why would I bother? (NO offense intended )

The truffle fries were crisp, well seasoned, and had enough truffle flavor to stand out without overpowering the meal. What made the stop especially memorable was the contrast between old and new. Downtown Sidney feels like stepping into another era, with historic storefronts and the beautiful courthouse anchoring the center of town. Murphy's, by comparison, feels modern, clean, and updated inside. You get the charm of an old small-town setting with good food, comfortable surroundings, and friendly service.
