TERRIBLE experience. Ordered a large pan pizza and a cheesey breadsticks on their website. I arrive to pick it up and they say they're out of pan pizza so they offer to cook a different one. Ok so I wait twenty minutes and then they come back and say they're out of cheese for the cheesey breadsticks. So they offer to refund and then the lady disappears for ten minutes and comes back with some terrible excuse for breadsticks. Just some old shit crust with cheese on top. She doesn't say anything just throws the boxes on the counter and walks off, even though we still wanted a refund instead as that's what was offered. The food is always great from the South Pasadena location but somehow a minor mishap had my recent order behind schedule by 15-20 minutes. It worked out fine and they knocked it out of the park by upgrading my pizza to a medium and even added extra cheese. The fries were delicious but that pan pizza was amazing! Second pizza in a row totally wrong complaining to the manager got me a lecture on how they couldn't be wrong after a quick Exchange she asked if I wanted her to make the order over I of course said I don't want to wait 20 minutes for something that should have been done right in the first place they then shove a device begging for a tip they should truly be ashamed simply ashamed.... I love from Pizza Hut over some of the other pizza chains. I especially like the way this particular Pizza Hut makes some of my family's favorites. I have tried to order those same "favorite" pizza combos from other Pizza Huts and they're just not the same. The flavor quality is better in my opinion. I would have given a 5 star but everytime I come inside to order or pick up my order they make you intentionally wait for 5+ minutes even though they see you and they are not even doing anything. I kid you not my- order was so hot and fresh that we ate entire thing! There was an item that was unavailable due to a shortage and the manager called and helped me decide on another item(my choice). The delivery driver was quick and professional and I would hands down order from this location again! Highly recommend the edge pizza. I called this evening to place an order for my family I ask for the specials which he said "let me ask my manager this is my first day" so I place an order for a family box -thinking surely the manager knew what was available I order because it was a great deal and was pleased to hear it would only be 25- 30 minutes! an hour after I called to check on it, they told me it was on the way very happy and not a complainer I wait for another hour to pass before calling again which I was then told they canceled my order due to the fact they did not have the ingredients to accommodate my order with no call! Completely surprised when the manager Amanda Metcalf got on the line and was completely unapologetic and rude to me! Customer service on calling for delivery was terrible, and the woman on the other side was rude, hung up on me when I tried to get her to slow down, to understand my order. The number I called was 727-381-5500! I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for many years without this kind of rude non caring attitude from the business. I do not know if I will order from them again! Pizza Hut is my favorite of the major national pizza chains... but that being said I would normally prefer to buy my pizza from a local pizza joint, or one of the high end smaller pizza chains. Pizza is practically G-d's perfect food- it is bread, cheese, tomatoes and whatever other toppings make you happy. Are you with picky people? Divide the pizza up so they get what they want- and you get what you want. Everyone wins. I haven't found a good local pizza place that I like in the Gulfport area. I have tried some out, but keep coming back to the chains. This location is incredibly small - it is for delivery and take out only. You can call your oder in - or order online with their computer system. But work really well. The online ordering system is fairly sophisticated and lets you make each half of the pizza in the way that you like. Pizza Hut pizza is good- I encourage you to order an extra side of marinara sauce for dipping your pizza in- this only makes it better. Also- if you have the choice between bread sticks and cheese sticks- get the cheese sticks. The cheese sticks rival the pizza in flavor. I order pizza from this location once or twice a month and this location messes up my order about half the time. For instance, today they made breadsticks instead of the cheese sticks that I ordered and the phone operator repeated back to me. This has happened in the past. But- I prefer to call my order in - because the phone operator will normally work with you to help you get the best deal that they can offer. The computer can be restricted, an operator knows that if you make one small tweak you can get more bang for your dollar. The staff at this location are always friendly, respectful, and nice. I will continue to order pizza from here- they have never given me anything uneatable- and when they have bigger mistakes they have often made efforts to right them. It is a good location, a friendly store, and a great place to get a pizza. read more

Pizza Hut Pan Pizza is my fiancées favorite chain-style pizza, and I love pizza generally, so whenever I ask for pizza she says "so long as it is Pizza Hut!" I like trying new places, but there is an ease and convenience that comes with the chain pizza experience. We are location very difficult to find. It is tucked into a corner of a strip mall and the sign is very small with lots of other stores also listed, the Pizza Hut is written in black and white, no graphics. Parking is also difficult. Close enough to my house that delivery is prompt. Very few issues, other than parking in the strip mall being difficult. I usually park way around back for pick up. I also recall and employee joking around with me re: the price of the pizzas once and that irritated me. I have been back without further issue. I really like the stuffed crust, but I was not a an of the bacon cheese stuffed crust. When I get stuff crust, I usually do pepperoni only or pepperoni and bacon as topping. My fiancée likes pineapple and sausage. I also like pineapple, and while I don't always like sausage pizza, I do like the Pizza Hut sausage. This location is A-OK, but they could do a better job at street presence. read more

I tried explaining that I used a credit card online and I wanted to check to make sure I didn't get charged before paying her again. She got an attitude with me and I asked her why she was being so nasty it would just take a minute. She than stormed off screaming "F--- you" and got almost all the way down the walway.
