So i call this morning and speak to a an employee! I order two pizza's, one pepperoni and one the works! I ask him to make the pepperoni in heart shape with the pepperoni! You would of thought i was asking for him to move the world! Then i ask him if he has a sharpie ? " i may be able to find one!" Great can you write this on the box? He says "hold!" Comes back on and i inform him what i would like written on the box! He says "whats in it for me?" So he says the amount and i say add $10 for a tip! He said that goes to the driver! I said you dont split it! "No" Ok so i will go in and tip you in person! But to me it's like you wrote a few words on a box and it took you 30 seconds, what should his tip be? Well needless to say , i was informed it wasnt written on the box! I called and had a few words then he starts texting me calling me a pos! Look i tried to help the business get a nitch ! but! Not now Do not buy a thing from this company! He informed me that he didn't have to write anything on the box! To myself perfect ! I will now order from someone who cares about customer service and doing a little extra for the customer without expecting anything! I would actually prefer he not be fired but learns from this!
