Woman employee did not acknowledge customer when she walked in the store, refused service and did not refund money. Said that she was the manager and would not give any additional information. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. The other worker in the store also did not acknowledge the customer. Will be returning in the morning and contacting law enforcement. read more

If I could put no stars I would. This company is the most disrespectful place I have ever encountered with. Best believe they will be losing out money because I will not support a business that hangs up in my face when I paid for a order and they couldn't get it right call to tell them to make it right and they hang up in my face! Two out of my three recent orders have been terrible. The first time my breadsticks were flat and tasteless. This time I created my own order-I created a tavern crust with extra buffalo sauce with chicken, banana peppers, caramelized onions with buffalo drizzled on top. Instead I got a thin crust pizza with no sauce and definitely no buffalo sauce drizzled on top. Placed my order an hour ahead of time using the delayed delivery to make sure it was delivered in time. Had to call at the expected delivery time an hour later and was told it would be over an hour more wait. Manger was rude, refused to give any information about my order, cancelled my order without my permission, and hung up the phone. I had to call back over 3 times to finally get someone to give me the manager's name, to which I was told it was Michelle. This is not a way to treat customers. read more

Staff and manager was rude with prejudice acitons to boot. Walk in to pick up a door dash order and got no response when I walked in. Was seen and ignored. I then pushed the door open, because there is a bell to alert them they have a customer. The manger then said, " that was rude". I asked why was that rude trying to get your attention. She then told me that she's not dealing with this and after a few more exchanges of me calling out her lack of professionalism, she the, told me to leave. I told her to put me out, she called the police and in her description the truth of how she felt came out. Put emphasis on my skin color. Police came and nothing happened to me because they knew what it was. So after being trespassed from the store I reached out to yum brands, nothing and very hard to get anyone to get answers, then learned they are franchised under a different company. We'll I did get a call back f t om the area manager, he express his empathy for what I went though. He then asked me to come back to the store may 6, incident happened on earlier that week, was so heated I forgot the actual day, however it was earlier that week. I get to the store and he started going through the hoops of how that's not how they work and he spoke to her, the manager. Then told me he gave her the day off so she didnt get belittled. Belittled, I was belittled sir by her and she should have to answer for that, well unless this is just for show. Then this area manager acknowledged that it was or could've been a racial component in her actions, as I told hom on the phone, I don't play the race card, yet we all have prejudice bias, and she should've been her to accept the fact the she was wrong. With a straight face this man told me, well this is Alabama. Flynn Restaurant Group. I would not recommend anyone order from here or any pizza hut if your skin color is viewed as a problem. I just had a very bad experience with the manager at Pizza Hut in Spanish Fort, Alabama. I had informed him I have been attempting to use the website to order a pizza and the pizzas were coming up with an error message and the error message said contact the store. When I contacted him, he informed me that he could not offer me the same online price as the online part of their company does because the online part of the company does not belong to them. He began arguing with me how that was not their fault or their problem. I informed him that since it had his name on it, I felt like it was his fault or his problem. I asked him for his name and he said "I'm tired of this shit. If you wanna order pizza, do it. If you don't know, don't," and then hung up on me. He would not even tell me his name. All he did was identify himself as the manager. I would advise anybody against using the Pizza Hut here in Spanish Fort unless you have patience for a rude manager who will love to cuss at you. Ordered the new Detroit style pizza tonight and they tried to deliver a normal hand tossed pepperoni?? When I called the store, "Victoria" tells me they are out of square crust tonight but the pizza they sent me was the same thing just round! Lmfao!!!!! This Pizza hut is awful. Not only is the customer service horrible, but the website rarely works correctly. I placed my first order around 830p and realized I had placed it for the resturant that was 2.9 miles from me, instead of the store i was "supposed " to order from 1.5 miles away. I realized this immediately, and called that store to give them the correct address but they refused to deliver it to me. I did not want the manager to void my purchace and told her that, but she went ahead and voided while she had me on hold (we were going to go pick up the order )By this time it was 930 and i had to wait for the money to be returned to my card before i could order from the correct store. By this time it was 945 when i attempted to order delivey a second time, and the website said my "order had been revceived" nope. Even after several attempts to change my phone number on the website, they still did not have the correct information and we realized our pizza order had been declined 5 mins before they closed..15 minutes after i placed it. Customer service was no help. The rep said she was going to add a 25$ credit to my rewards account..she did not. This is not the first time we have experienced awful customer service from both of these locations. We ended up ordering dominoes at 11 at night and they delived within 15 mins and were also half the price and better quality. read more

I ordered a large supreme pizza from here and noticed a horrid taste after a couple of bites in. We didn't eat it after the horrible taste. Needless to say, I ended up with food poisoning about 10 hours later. I was extremely sick for days and when I called to let the manager at Pizza Hut know, he didn't seem overly concerned and wanted to know what I wanted him to do about it. read more
