The website should state this fact. If I pay a company, in this case godfathers pizza, they are responsible for the delivery unless otherwise stated in an obvious way. The young lady on the phone grunted uhhuh instead of yes or no. I finally had to tell her to use actual words as her grunts were not coming across clearly. What a disaster. If you third party out delivery, and no one shows up to pick it up, why would you not be calling someone, anyone or the customer or anything. I would have thought he would have already known what was going on by this point. He was calm and friendly. I told him I would like to have the delivery fees and tip removed from my check.
