I was in Sparta for Work at about 8:30 pm and This was one of few open restaurants. I was the only person in the dining room - I got good service. The server was very nice - called me darling. The dining room had some interesting local and not so local photos and paraphernalia that kept me entertained. I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni, black olives and banana peppers. This is not a massive amount of food, but worked for me after a long drive. The average adult would probably want to order more food. I was pleased to see that the crust was not burned, which is a constant problem with pizza restaurants, especially those that specialize in cooking pizza quickly. The pizza came out hot and properly cooked. It tasted as good as Pizza Hut pizza should This Pizza Hut is on my list for next trip to Sparta. read more

The veggies are so old that they're dehydrated, and so few you couldn't see them on the pizza . We even asked for extra jalapeños and pineapple there were 5 never tasted a jalapeño!! Stuffed crust was excellent tho. read more

I just drove 6hrs from South Bend and was crazy tired and hungry! Not wanting to go out I took the risk on ordering pizza from this PizzaHut. I'm glad I did. It arrived fast, cooked perfect and tastes great! If your tired and need to order in, go for it. read more

First I wish I could give it Zero Stars! While others may have noted poor service, this is indeed the dirtiest Pizza Hut in existence. I challenge the local health dept to make a surprise visit! We ordered a hand tossed supreme pizza. The bottom of the crust was raw and greasy. (No we didn't order extra sauce as the sauce was nearly absent, so thats not what made the crust soggy, it was raw greasy dough) The "Cheese" tasted spoiled. I ate part of one piece and headed to the bathroom in disgust. The Bathroom was filthy as well and hasn't been remodeled or maintained since this nasty old building was built in the 1970s! (Noted the same old wobbly toilet, the same old nasty sink and oh look urinal has been removed from the mens restroom, so their isn't one. Floors/Walls=filthy!) Upon exiting the bathroom I found my family had became ill, paid the bill (which we should have complained) and we waiting for me outside! We went to this location since the 70s and the overall quality standards are non existent! Just as I challenged the Health Dept to do a surprise inspection, I challenge Pizza Hut Corp to take over/revoke the owners franchise license as I'm sure THIS is not what Pizza Hut corp wants representing their brand! read more

This place is pretty good. It's an average Pizza Hut nothing wrong with it. The service is good. The salad bar is pretty sub-par though.

The service was very slow, we sat at a table for over 30 minutes before I had to get up to get the waiter to take orders.

1 star is too many. This is dirtiest Pizza Hut I have been to. I placed my order and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived to the filthy Pizza Hut and surprise my order was not ready. After watching 4 other people come and leave, and another 20 minutes my food was ready and not complete. When I said I had ordered more she said oh then this must be yours too which was setting on the shelf the whole time I was waiting. When I asked why it took so long. I got a response of it was hectic after looking behind me and seeing the 15 people sitting at tables I said this will be the last time you see me. She never offered me any coupons credit or anything. This is possible the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. If the health department came through, this place would be gone. There is also no management whatsoever. I put in a call for my food and went to get it thirty minutes later. When I got there, they took my payment and said it would be six minutes. Six minutes turned into thirty. I saw countless items being burned and ruined. One employee looked at the overflowing oven, then walked away. There were around five employees and the only one who was trying to fix this backup was a girl who appeared to be a teenager (I might add that she WAS trying her best. I would've been crying if I were her). An hour and a half into this ordeal, I finally got my pizza and was told I would be credited for everythin. I appreciate the effort to make up for it, but customers witnessing their food being ruined while most of the employees disappear to the back is no way to run a business. read more
