I sat at the window for about ten minutes thinking that the employee did not see me. When he walked by the window the third time, I realized that he was ignoring me. Hyde guy could have looked up and said that they were closed. No, he just ignored me. I have to assume that this Subway is under new ownership. Anyway, I will never patronize this location again. The staff opened the window and yelled at the young men and the next thing we knew the guy had a weapon out. The staff slammed the drive thru window and left us in the middle of it all. The police responded quickly. Staff did no de-escalate the situation and actually made it more horrifying that they were yelling obscenities out of the window right in front of customers.
