I utilized the app to order the big family box and it was simple and easy. Once I arrived to the pick up window, I was greeted immediately and the customer service was great. I placed an online order and wanted to change the time on the order. The lady on the phone said I would have to cancel my order and refund me and reorder the whole thing again. Then she said it would take 3-4 business days for me to receive my refund. I asked why can't you just memo the ticket? Believe me when I say I've worked at plenty of restaurants and all you have to do is memo the ticket! She said "nope". Then I asked to speak with management. I keep trying my best to get the pizza from here in hopes it will be correct. They always seem to just miss it. One time it was the lack of ingredients, next time it was under cooked, next time they were out of chicken. It just seems like they can't do it all together to always make a quality product. I came through the drive-through to pay for my order, and after I paid, they told me my order is not ready and can you come back in 15mins or come through the drive-through again. Every time I come to this Pizza Hut they never get my order correct and they have to remake it. It says my order is ready and I stand there for another 15 mins and just for them to tell me I cannot get my food. When I finally get my food, the way they cut the pizza is not equal in the slightest I would be better off getting my pizza without any cuts. We will not visit or recommend this Pizza Hut location. We placed an order a couple of weeks ago and had to wait an extra 15 minutes, because their stove shut off. The store isn't inviting, neither is the staff; the stinch from the trash dump is so close to the building. However, we (my son actually) placed an order again today, online as always. I assumed he put it under my name, but he didn't. After giving the female cashier the wrong name, I over here her speaking condescendingly of me in regards to the wrong name given. I called in a order to pick up, and the girl was rude. But didn't think nothing of it. I order pizza and 8 honey bbq wings. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting out the whole time. They pretty much put sauce in the bottom of tray and just threw the wings in there. Didn't even bother to coat them. And they gave me broken off pieces of wings and counted them and a whole wing. We ordered online and our order is correct on the online order they showed up late with half of our order and half someone else's then we call them back and they hang up 5 times have yet to speak to a manager if there is even one there very poor service period and now they tried to say that there phone is not working that we can hear them but they can't hear us seams like that's a lie how can anyone place a order over the phone. Never mind I know it's a lie I just had to go up there to get this BS straight and watched them on the phone worst experience with Pizza Hut ever!!!!!!! Didn't even try to fix it for us they may need to get a little harder job screening my 11 yr old could have done better!!!!!! The manager Latoya is very nasty she does not care about customer service. My order was so messed up I had to throw it away and I was told I had a credit. When I called back to use my credit I was told I only had 30 days to use it and no one mentioned this the night they took my money. The first pizza we got from this location smelled and tasted like something was rotten on it. We were new to town so we thought we had simply gotten a bad pizza. A couple months later, we ordered from this same Pizza Hut again and the dough was uncooked, had hardly any cheese, and was so sloppy that we ended up eating it with spoons, no joke! If there was an option to give this store no stars I would. I ordered 2 pizzas, brownie, cheese bread, and a 16 pc honey bbq boneless wing. They brought cold pizzas, no sauce on wings, burnt cheese bread, and literally didn't even bring my brownie. So I called and they "replaced" my whole order. The replacement orders pizzas were cold, brownie was burnt, cheese bread was old/dry, and this time they didn't bring my wings. So I called again and they gave me a credit for the wings. I called at 10:15 on 8-5-19 to order my wings via delivery, after being on hold for 10 minutes they finally answer the phone. When I said I wanted to place a delivery order the guys says wry rude like are you sure you want to place a delivery order? I said yes. He says well we close at 11 so... Ordered 3 pizzas and breadsticks. We waited for well over an hour. After it had FINALLY showed up, the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Was very dry. They did not put any of the crust flavoring we had asked for, not did they put the sauce drizzle on them. The breadsticks were practically burned and hard as a rock.
