The family wanted to try the triple treat box last night so I picked it up for them. The pizza itself gets 4 stars it's the Walker store that gets 3 stars. I don't know what machine or if it was an air unit running but it was so loud that the poor employee was having a hard time hearing people picking up their food and we couldn't hear her to well either. Also, this location needs a redo bad! The inside looks like it's been there 20 years. On to the food... bread sticks, cinnamon rolls was spot on. The pepperoni pizza was a bit greasier than normal. I'm glad that wasn't mine. My thin crust, hamburger had normal amount of sauce on it when it was suppose to have light sauce. There's a reason I wanted light sauce! Over all it was good. Pizza was one of the worst I've ever had. Almost no sauce...so very dry. So stingy with toppings. Just generally disappointing.

So tonight we stayed in and wanted to order Pizza. We usually order Papa Johns but I saw a Pizza Hut commercial and decided to order from there. I ordered online. The site was user friendly. The pizza came in less the time that was estimated. We ordered a large pizza with the Pizza Hut pan crust. For toppings we added: pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, bell peppers, onions, and extra cheese. We also ordered an order of cheese sticks. When the pizza arrived the driver was very friendly. The bread sticks on the other hand were hard and the cheese was burnt. The pizza crust was kinda hard for my liking. I called about the bread sticks and the lady that answered told me "they are not burned. They can't burn because our oven is set. People call and say that all the time. Next time order extra cheese. When you eat them you will see that they aren't burned" I replied I won't be eating them. She didn't offer to make them over and bake for less time or anything. I'll stick to my preference for pizza! Update: in light of #ThankyouThursday I want to say thanks to the staff of Pizza Hut for all that you have been doing. Very good for calzone night with friends on Wednesdays after church. I recommend the angry pig calzone with about a half cup of the parmesan cheese. The marinara makes it taste like heaven in your mouth. read more

Ordered take out . For delivery . She said it would take 40-45 minutes , took an hour and 20 minutes . I ordered a $25 special , 2 single toppings with wings and bread sticks. Let me just say I tried. I kept convincing myself to give them another chance, I can't I'm out. One thing I can depend on is that there will be something wrong with my toppings. This day they were not even busy...Its like they are moving so fast they don't read the ticket. The order was pepperoni and mushrooms on the whole pizza, half with onions, other half black olives. Half the pizza had mushrooms, one slice had onions LOL one slice! I kid you not ...a few slices had no mushrooms. Now this is an improvement over last time where they just forgot the pepperoni, hubby not happy..Look save your money go to the new Lil Cesars or drop in Walmart, get a premade pizza and go bake it at home. I placed an order for large pan pizza with half pepperoni half cheese pizza for 7.99 online deal for pickup on a Tuesday afternoon. The pizza was ready on time. Topping coverage was great! I hate it when you get a pizza and it's go one of those huge air bubbles taking up a quarter of the pizza, anyway the pizza was hot and perfect and worth every cent I paid for it. The place looked clean and when you enter the shop you can see right into the kitchen area. My one complaint is I wish they had a drive thru! It's rough lugging around 3 kids. We ordered the 2 pizza special with bread sticks and. Either pasta or wings. We got pasta. It had a metal taste to it Really odd the pizza was good. A bit greasy but good flavor. It's just the price is redonkulous for what you get. We paid 35$ for that and it was really not that good. read more

By the time my children eat their dinner tonight it will be THREE hours since I ordered my pizza. It's almost 10pm!! From the time I ordered it took 2 hours for the delivery girl to arrive. I open the pizzas while she's still at the door and it's the wrong order! I called the location 3 times to check on the pizza within the 2 hour waiting time. Now here I am again on hold "so the manager can finish some things up". The clerk wanted to try to credit me for $10 next time I order. Are you joking? No! Not ordering from here ever again. I want my money back and I've been on hold for 13 minutes now while my correct pizza order still hasn't arrived. What a joke!! This Pizza Hut seems to be hit or miss. More "miss" lately I have to say. I ordered wings with honey barbecue sauce. The guy calls to tell me they are out of the honey barbecue and asks what other sauce I would prefer. I told him I was a chemo patient and couldn't handle spice (heat) well, so to just cancel those wings but keep the other order of wings for my husband (he ordered Cajun) and keep the pizza order. The guy said he couldn't cancel mine because they were already made. I said "HUH"??? "You just told me you were out of mine so how can they be made?" He never explained it but what happened was he had already fried them but was out of the sauce. His suggestion to make it right - just eat them plain. He would NOT take them off my order or give me a discount. I gave it some time and like the glutton for punishment, self destructive person I am I ordered from the same location AGAIN a few weeks later. This time I was going to be smart and only order pizza. In fact I was going to order the one they advertised. It's the stuffed crust pizza that has the cheese bites you pull off and dip in marinara sauce. The pizza came timely BUT after the driver left and I opened the box the pizza was barely warm (the cheese was hardened) and guess what element was missing? The marinara dipping sauce for the cheese bites to dip in. I had already tipped the driver generously. 25%. So I called the store and explained what happened and was curtly asked if I wanted a credit or if I wanted the sauce. I said I wanted the sauce (for my dry pizza of course). I asked how long it would be to bring it and the girl yelled in my ear "she wants to know how long it will be". She then tells me she has no idea that there were no drivers in the store but as soon as they had one available they would send it. So I received the marinara sauce to dip my hard cold pizza in ONE HOUR LATER. I was sort of hoping they would want to make it right and send a fresh pizza with the sauce but nope, I received a brown bag with one little plastic cup of marinara sauce. read more

As always, the pizza is great. However when it's a Sunday night and you make an order for 7pm and its 7:50 and your order is still not ready? It's time to hire some new people that know what they're doing. 3 delivery drivers can't handle 8 deliveries in an hour and a half? Really??? It's a small town! Horrible horrible service. My hope in humanity has been restored! I am home sick with strep so my husband took my 2 kids under the age of 2 out of the house to give me some rest. He decided that he wanted pizza but obviously couldn't leave the kids in the truck to run in and pick it up. I called the store and Brandon answered the phone, I ran my request by him in which he was extremely understanding and definitely wanted to help us out. After talking to someone, Brandon said he would be able to do this for me. Kudos to Pizza Hut! And kudos to Brandon! The world needs more customer service and acts of kindness just like Brandon displayed today! & Brandon if you're reading this, it's more than just a pizza. You have shown compassion and an act of kindness that has not gone unnoticed. I hope that one day an act of kindness finds its way to you. read more

I will never ever order from Pizza Hut in Walker again. I placed and paid for my order online. When I arrived to pick it up, the screen said it was ready; however, the employee said it would be ready shortly. So I waited and waited. Another customer came in about 10 minutes after me and placed her order at the counter. Then we waited and waited. Lo and behold to my utter dismay the other customer received her pizzas before me. Apparently lying comes naturally because they hadn't even placed my order in the oven yet. When I tried to inquire about my order the person in charge just walked away from the counter without a word. The delivery driver kept saying my order was almost ready. I asked for a refund instead. The driver said the manager would have to do it. When I finally got the other lady to come back to the counter, she kept giving excuses why the other lady's other was ready before mine. "She placed her order at the counter."--I placed mine online about 30-40 minutes prior to her. "She was here before you."--No, she walked in 10 minutes after me. I knew the other customer and spoke with her when she arrived. "You had a bigger order than her."--What does it matter if I ordered 4 pizzas vs. her 2? If my order was placed 40 minutes prior to hers, why did I receive mine 10 minutes after her regardless of the number of pizzas? No apology just a blank disinterested look on her face. The customer service at this establishment is pathetic. She refused to provide me with a refund stating only her manager could do it and she wouldn't be in that day. I asked for the manager's number but only reached a generic voicemail. I tried calling the corporate help number, but got a recording. Later in the day I spoke with a woman her took my information and said someone would get back with me in 1-3 business days. As of right now I'm waiting to hear back from the company.
