Disaster - waste of $16.00 - likely frozen dough baked, bland taste, nothing like Pizza Hut used to be - never return here

My daughter ordered pizza from here a few weeks ago and liked it, so my wife and i dropped by today for lunch. I had heard that they had new management. We ordered a medium Supreme and two small orders of wings. Plusses: friendly service, quick delivery, outstanding pizza and terrific wings. Negatives: none really except the whole facility could use a remodel. Everything was old but clean. I will revisit or order delivery again. read more

The manager has a shitty attitude the pizzas are raw and the store is run down and disgusting

We did a "pick up and drive home" (10 minutes) order last week. Hadn't had pizza in a couple months and was ready for a good one. Picked it up hot right out of the oven. I always prefer to do this in lieu of waiting on a cold one from a delivery driver. Ordered the large Supreme and a dozen wings with BBQ sauce to share with family at home. The pizza was disappointing....and lacking sauce....and lacking meats/toppings....and lacking cheese.....and lacking taste. The wings were good sized, but the sauce was over-sweet and off-putting.....didn't finish the wings and threw some away. I'm old and remember when Pizza Hut was a top chain to enjoy a great sit down pizza in the restaurant or the buffet. Those days are long gone. Now it's just another mediocre pick-up joint. Used to really like Pizza Hut, but they have went to ****. Tried to order on app and it said they were out of all crust types. I decided to call store and no one answered. Called back and some call center answered and could not help at all with anything. Most stores gone and more to follow for sure. A shame organizations do not take more pride in the companies. read more

Went in today for lunch. This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants in Winchester. Waited at the counter 15 minutes and noticed the disgusting unclean counters and floors. The employees let me stand there at the counter and walked by refusing to even speak, or make eye contact. The floors were nasty and I don't think they have seen a mop in weeks. The carpet in the dining room was filthy and covered with debris. They should shutter the doors and just go home. I let the girl know how I felt before I left in disgust. me and my husband went to the lunch buffet and were very dissatisfied. they only had a couple pieces of pizza and a couple breadsticks, no pasta ever came out. the selection was next to nothing. about the time we decided to leave they brought out more pizza, however, we were over it. I called Pizza Hut corporate and spoke to someone who offered me a free pizza to forget about the complaint I told her no but she insisted on giviing me the free pizza which deleted my complaint I called corporate back and asked for a supervisor and was told I needed to explain why I needed a supervisor. upon telling her what Happend the call was dropped. I'm sure that was no coincidence. Pizza Hut has lost a customer due to their disrespect and general disregard for the poor customer service given. read more

Another bummer when it comes to pizza. Pizza had little to no sauce, asked for thickest crust they had (used to be called Pan??) and it was more like hand tossed or thin crust. Also ordered a 'meaty' pzone that ended up being some pizza dough folded in half, the inside dough was raw, and contained only a few pieces of pepperoni and sausage on the inside. PIZZA HUT App Delivery - food quality is sub-par compared to other pizza hut establishments I have experienced. My delivery order was missing an entire order of breadsticks which were substituted by garlic bread. When they were contacted in order to remedy the incorrect order the manager lied and said my order was only supposed to include garlic bread with my pasta dish when, right in front of my face I saw that my receipt said otherwise. I had to call back in order to get any type of honesty, and even then the manager of the establishment refused to offer the reasonable solution of at least crediting me for a new order of breadsticks. I do not recommend dealing with this place, and I doubt that the four dollar credit I received will ever be used. One star is about all I can muster as prompt delivery was the only upside to this meal. read more

I ordered three pizzas and they didn't give me the right pizzas I live out in the country which is a long drive to Pizza Hut for me. So I called and my husband called them management said they didn't have time to deal with us. Kept us on hold for 45 min after the third time calling. It's ridiculous that you can't get good service at Pizza Hut. We will not order from them again. read more

I find Pizza Hut dishes just okay. There is really nothing special in their menu. They offer sandwiches and pasta as well. The bread sticks with the marinara sauce are really really appealing. The pizza sometimes is over-baked and has a little bit too much cheese, but the ingredients are solid. The one reason I order from there is their stuffed crust pizza. read more

I will never do business with this Pizza Hut. I wasn't going to write anything since it was years ago. I ordered a pizza and had it delivered. The guy delivered it but came back several hours later. He was in different clothing and must had parked his car a street over. I didn't answer the door but yelled out- didn't I pay you right and went in the next room to call Pizza Hut to ask them why I have the driver back at my house banging at my door. I will no longer order from this Pizza Hut!!! I know this happen awhile ago but I wanted to let people know. I have written about it before but I wanted to inform about the type of people they hire. They definitely need new management. I used to love Pizza Hut. read more

At 1 time 1 of the best places to get pizza. We ordered a large meat lovers and a bread stick. I was shocked at how small it was very few toppings and bread sticks were cold total was $23.50. Little caesars we could have got 4 pizzas and a breadsticks for $25.00 won't go back!!! Ever!! read more

Horrible. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and 1 cheese online for delivery. Opened them to find all three cheese. Called to see if we could get it fixed. I was asked what my recipe said(which I was never given by driver) so I was unable to look. The lady told me they would send more out then hung up. I was puzzled because they never verifed who I was so I called back. Then they wanted to argue that I did something wrong when ordering. I have 3 in my house that will not eat just cheese I ALWAYS triple check before summiting. They changed their minds and did not want to fix the issue. Instead they had the driver (who had to speed to get back to the store that quick) talk to me only to be given attitude even after asking for the manager who i never got to speak to. The wheels on this bus are falling off as I type this review. I only wish that I would have recorded my carry out order at this sub-par Pizza Hut. As I write this review, I can only imagine that the good folks at the Winchester Pizza Hut will never read this, because they probably have yet to grasp the concept of modern technology, seeing that they have trouble managing the flow of pizzas as they exit the ovens. Have seen how fast pizzas shoot out of those ovens? (insert sarcasm here) . Speaking of managing, I still cannot fathom why the "manager" was steadfast at being the single person actually making pizzas while the train wreck of incompetence continues to drive 100 mph into a brick wall at the register only 10 feet away. This "manager" never even looked up as customer after customer vented their frustration. The final straw for me was when the manager did not make the pizza of a waiting mother and then would not give a refund but offered a free pizza at her next visit. read more

This place is really bad. I love pizza hut but this gives the brand a bad name. Quality is really bad. I went to a buffet and there was no pizza on the buffet. Management had lame excuses as to why no pizza. I was on my lunch and I only have limited time to wait. I hate to give a bad review but it was a waste of my time and money. read more

This place is awful! Filthy filthy. Years ago it was clean & had very good pizza but came in there not long ago & they had someone working the cash register with dirt under his fingernails I literally got nauseous thinking he might of touched my food. They should not have someone working there with dirty fingernails. The employees don't wash their hands after handling money & handling food! The place looked grimy & dirty. The pizza was way too doughey & way too much cheese. It tasted odd. The place needs to be thoroughly cleaned, & tell the employees to have better hygiene. read more

I absolutely love pizza hut and my pregnant wife was craving it tonight so I ordered her some cheese sticks that where solid as a rick, the pizza was literally ice cold and to top it off they didn't bring the drinks I ordered. It pains me to do this, but do it I must! Stopped in at lunch time yesterday with intentions of having the lunch buffet. Nature called so I ducked into the restroom for a brief pit stop. The ladies room was just gross. The garbage was flowing into the floor. The sink was nasty. One toilet was unflushed and the other looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. We won't even get into the smell and general griminess of this indoor outhouse. Since this place does not serve breakfast and it was not busy there, it seemed to me that the bathroom had not been tended to since the day before, or maybe not even then. I decided to leave and go dine elsewhere. On my last visit to this Pizza Hut some months ago, the staff could not keep food up on the buffet or clean dirty tables. So I have officially given up on this place. Maybe if they had management and staff that cared they could turn things around. Unfortunately, it is probably too late. read more
