Parlour opened about a year and a half ago, in place of our beloved O'Charley's. Expectations were high and my family and I didn't want its sacrifice to be in vain. Luckily, we weren't disappointed. When we first walked in, the ladies at the hostess stand offered us free breadsticks for joining "Parlour Rewards". Since these appetizers were being handed out for free, I wasn't exactly expecting perfection. But boy, was I wrong. The breadsticks were hot and fresh-the bread itself was soft and fluffy. We got the garlic sauce with them (recommended to us by our server) and it was delicious. After much debating and scrutiny, we decided to order two large pizzas- "The Boss" and "Hot Honey Pepperoni". The Boss was labeled as "very spicy", and it definitely delivered it that respect. Their homemade red sauce was amazing. The Hot Honey Pepperoni balanced sweet and heat perfectly. The only thing I'd change is the type of slice, since my childhood self was not quite accustomed to the triangular shape. Nice ambiance in here and the service from Karolyne was great. All in all, an awesome experience here at Parlour. Maybe even awesome enough to justify the loss of its predecessor establishment. I'd definitely recommend stopping by, and I'd recommend taking advantage of their free breadsticks that are seriously some of the best I've ever had. read more

Finally decided to try again after a not great experience the first time (to go). Came in on a Saturday around 2 and was seated immediately. Server was nice but new and didn't seem to know what the pizza options were. We ordered bbq wings and their version of a supreme pizza called The Deluxe. Wait was a little long but bearable. Wings were hot but weren't particularly flavorful. We chose a regular crust pizza but it was THIN. I was surprised that for the price that was the serving. Overall fine since their crust is doused in garlic butter and the pizza sauce is a little sweet, but with so many other places in town with great crust, probably won't return. read more

We stopped by Parlour Pizza in Lexington and had a mixed experience. The garlic breadsticks were genuinely good--crispy, garlicky, and satisfying. The pizza itself was solid, with a nice crust and decent toppings. But the service? Not great. We didn't get plates or silverware before the food arrived and had to wait to ask for them. I ordered a salad and to be clear it was very good. The croutons were made in house and were very good. However, when I requested no onions and asked to substitute banana peppers, I was curtly informed there was an "upcharge". The overall vibe from the staff felt rushed and unwelcoming. Also, drink options are limited to Pepsi products only, which might be a dealbreaker for some. I see why the place get high marks for the food. If you're just here for the pizza, you might be fine. Surprisingly good experience on a random Wed night. Beers were cold, wings were delicious (and on promo Wed nights) and pizzas were great also. Service was prompt and friendly. We sat in the bar area just inside from the patio, liked having multiple TVs for game watching as well. read more

We went here for a friend's birthday party. The place was clean and well maintained. We got smoked wings as an appetizer to share. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the seasoning was very well coated. Their ranch also paired well with the wings. I also got the house salad which was a great way to start the meal before eating carb loaded pizzas. We got two 10'' pizza to share. Garlic Parmesan and the Boss pizza. The boss pizza was mentioned as very spicy in the menu, but wasn't spicy at all to me. Take that with a grain of salt (I am Indian). Garlic Parmesan is a classic that couldn't go wrong. Overall, this place definitely deserves the 5 star for it's service and their food. read more

5/23/25 My husband and I stopped in for dinner for the first time. We got there a little late, about an hour before closing, so we grabbed seats at the bar. The place is huge inside and definitely set up to handle big groups. We ordered the garlic pizza, meatball pizza, and the smoked wings. For wing sauces, we went with the tropical habanero and Nashville hot, both were really good. Their house-made ranch and bleu cheese were so good we were tempted to drink them. Service was fast and friendly, and overall we had a great experience. There was so much food, we ended up with plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. The only minor letdown was the garlic pizza, it could've used a bit more of a garlic punch. But everything else was spot on. Will definitely come back here and try other suggestions. The best part about dining here is that their chicken wings are not deep fried, so eating a little healthier is definitely a bonus. read more

I got Parlour pizza for take out and drove to the building to pick up. It was a very modern and nicely kept business. They had my order ready right away and I spent almost no time inside. The parking was a bit full but I managed. They do have some construction? going on around them so they stand out. We got the tail gate deal and it was of great value to be honest- wings, bread sticks and pizza. We added dessert in there too. I was surprised they didn't have any drinks for takeout on their menu but we managed with water at home. The taste of the wings and breadsticks was amazing, the pizza was eh... nothing fancy. But it was a pepperoni pizza only, so I really want to try a more elaborate version later on. My husband loved all of it... so I'd say a 9/10 is fair raising! read more

I had heard great things so was interested in what I would find on my first visit. I was in town for a private event. The room we were in had plenty of UK decor with TV's and a nice seating and conference area. I tried the wings and pizza. Both were great. They also have about 30 plus beers on tap. Finally got around to trying out a new pizza place. Service - awkward. Our waitress didn't introduce herself so we didn't get a name and it wasn't on the digital receipt. She didn't ask us if we'd been there before and didn't offer up any suggestions either. We ordered 2 rounds of appetizers, and the second time she literally stopped listening to me and turned her whole head to focus on the game on the tv behind her. It was giving, uninterested. She had big brown doe eyes. Pretty girl. Terrible server. Now for the food! The food was amazing. The nachos were perfect. The chips were thick and crispy and salted to perfection. Perfect for holding the toppings up with no problem. I loved the added sweetness of the bbq sauce. We got the buffalo chicken bombs and those were absolutely incredible. The ranch paired with them perfectly, and you can tell the ranch is made in house. The bombs were so good, we doubled down and ordered two more instead of getting a pizza. The cocktails were listed on a smaller menu at the table. I opted to try to banana bread old fashion (with no help from our waitress of course) and it did not disappoint. Made with capt Morgan rum and a house made banana simple syrup, it packed a semi sweet punch. We will definitely come back to try the pizza next time. We had a wonderful experience here on two separate visits. The servers were all friendly and welcoming. They have treasure box where kids can pick a small toy and our kids loved that part. They also offered a great deal for a week where kids get free kids meals with an adult entree purchase. The kids pizzas and cheese sticks are fairly large too. I finally found a good pizza place in Lexington. I had tried several and have been very disappointed. Today on Harrodsburg rd, I found a reasonably priced pizza place that's good. I ordered roasted wings tossed in buffalo sauce. I think next time I will get it on the side. I also ordered a veggie pizza and the ingredients tasted fresh. We're happy to have a new pizza place so close! Parlour recently opened and we went during a UK game, so it was understandably packed. It only took a few minutes to get seated and our waitress was very attentive to us all evening. Our pizza came quickly and was very good - maybe not the fanciest pizza ever, but definitely very good pizza. I'm not sure if this is something they do all the time or if it was just because of recently opening, but they also brought a toy chest and our toddler was able to pick out a toy. Woah! That about sums up our visit. Starting with Pepperoni Parlour Bombs which were great, and made even better with any of the dipping sauces. We ordered a full sized salad to split between 3 people as a side salad and it was more than enough to split between even 4 people. The Boss pizza was listed as "very spicy" but should have said "very delicious"! It was only slightly spicy for us but if you like even a little spice, go for it! First time to visit and it was a good meal with room for improvement. We arrived at 7:30 on Dec 26 and were told 25-30 minutes. We got a table within 15 minutes. Great! While waiting we enjoyed beers at the bar with a friendly and knowledgeable bartender. Good stuff! Our table server wasn't all that enthusiastic about being there, going a bit too far to express her lack of job satisfaction with us, but was diligent in providing us with the necessary and expected service. We ordered some breadsticks to start. They were piping hot and really good! Our disgruntled server did tell us about their app and how to sign up to get those breadsticks for free. We ordered a thin crust pizza (Four Meat) and a pulled pork grinder. We enjoyed both. They wouldn't go for our request to do ingredients on half pie, blaming the order entry system. I'm curious if others had that happen. Never been to a pizza joint that couldn't accommodate that. There's nothing interesting about the atmosphere. It's a large, loud room with concrete floors and high ceilings. They have 30 beers on tap and a full bar. It's a good beer and pizza place. Went here for the first time last night. It's easy to get to, right over by Chick Fil A on Harrodsburg Rd. The outdoor seating is really nice, with string lights around the patio. Our server greeted us right away and he was friendly and helpful, and joking with us. Our drinks and food arrived quickly. The pizza has a fluffy crust that's crispy with parmesan on the outside. Well for my own review is I don't hate it or love it. For some reason I have never gotten a pizza with the thin crust crunchy always kind of soft. One time I ask about it and they took it back saying they will put it in the oven some more and I believe they just walked back and brought it back in a couple minutes because it was no different. I have family that goes there and I guess it's ok for them but when there are plenty of other good pizza places I can get a good crust my way I'll choose them when spending my money. Now if I had someone call or want me to go Parlour with them I would probably go with them for the fellowship and find me something to eat. One bartender was nice, the other one never smiled and unfriendly. We tried the wings first with two sauces on the side. The wings are GREAT, very meaty and smoked! The sauces we tried were the habanero and bourbon. Very tasty with a little kick. Wednesday is wing night. Oh and I found out on the bill that they charge for blue cheese dressing on the side. We had to get pizza so we ordered two small 10" - the hot honey pepperoni which is unfortunately bland. I ordered my own three toping pizza and it was just ok.
