If could give zero stars for Service, I would. The night before last I placed an order which the sandwich I ordered was wrong, and the pizza was cold. And because by the time I had gotten my order, they were closing, it was too late to call. I wasn't feeling well the next day, but today I called with sandwich in hand I called to tell the the issue and asked if they could make me a new one. Even though I saved the uneaten sandwich, to prove this wasn't any kind of scam, they refused and told me I had to buy a new one. Absolutely ridiculous, because this food is expensive, and with delivery fee and tip, I more than overpaid. I also want to add, that in the past, I had an entire pizza that was completely burnt, get remade for me, and it was more than two days after the day I had it delivered. This pizza has any best sauce it makes the pizza I believe personally and I like the fact that you can also get it square cut and when it is square cut it's the perfect thickness with the right amount of cheese and right amount of sauce I just absolutely think it's a very tasteful Pizza so if you're wondering on what pizza to get because you have picky family members or friends just get pizza Joe's they won't be disappointed. read more

Ordered from the Beaver location on 12/21/24 online and it said it would be 30 minutes for pickup. Arrived 45 minutes after placing the order and was told that it was going to be an extra 15-20 minutes with roughly 6 orders prior to mine. Finally received my order and to their credit they actually got 1 thing correct with banana peppers on a small round pizza. The other 2 pizzas were nothing close to what I had ordered and when I called to rectify the situation the "manager" hung up on me. This location is an absolute disaster and embarrassment to small businesses in the Beaver area. I shall never give my business or money to this establishmen. I call to place an order over the phone for pickup they never ask a name for the order and tell me a half hour. I show up a half hour later they ask name on the order and i tell them my name and that they never asked for one when I ordered. They find the order by description I pay for it, they tell me nothing on my order status. I wait almost ten minutes before asking how much longer and if they've even started making my food. The supposed owner tells me it has been that long and tells more to "learn to do math" to which I respond "learn to make pizza." he then finally fulfills the order. First time there. Back in September, I ordered a 9 cut square pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. Upon its arrival clearly this pizza didn't have extra cheese and was a little over done... it was a typical PJ's pie, more red sauce than cheese and more breading than both cheese and sauce combined.. and bc of this common trait typical of a PJ's pizza, I orderd extra cheese.. Like I said previously, clearly the 9 cut square pizza didn't have extra cheese and was burnt, so I proceeded to call PJ's located in "Beaver PA," and upon calling I did speak to a Male representative of PJ's, I explained in detail my reason for calling and the Male representative received my complaint with seemingly concern, respect and a willingness to want to please me the costumer.. The Male rep was very apologetic and quickly offerd me a resolution, since he had my delivery address he offered me a free 9 cut pep pizza with extra cheese, he then asked me if I would be able to come a pick up the pizza, I told him no and reminded him the I was a patient @ "Brighton Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, and it would probably be better if he could just send me a coupon for a free 9 cut w/ pep and extra cheese to my daughter's home in industry, he agreed and took down my info and asured me that a note was put in the system explaining my issue and steps taken towards a resolution.. Not wanting to be bothersome, Every once in a while I would ask my daughter and or Son in law if indeed a lettered did come from PJ's, with the answer always being no.. So several months later this day, I decided to call PJ'S to see if maybe the line of communication in house(PJ's) had been broken and if I could still make preparations to have the pizza delivered to me, the female rep took down some if my info to see if any note had been made concerning my situation. The Female rep put me on hold, moments later she return to question me on why I would wait this long to check on the progress of my issue, I then said to her that I didn't want to be a bother so I waited to see if im PJ'S I deed would honor there promise, the Female rep went on to tell me that there system did show that I made the order but it didn't show evidence of a note being attached to my information they had in there system, the Female rep continued to be impatient, so I pretty much questioned the ethics of PJ'S deceiving me to believe that they were indeed being helpful and concerned for me the costumer.. The Female rep in the middle of her direct impatients toward blurted our that they would make the pizza but I would have to come pick it up, she said this purposely ignoring the fact that I am still a patient here at Brighton Rehabilitation and would not be able to physically come pick up the 9 cut.. I ended the conversation communicating to her never mind since she could not accommodate me and my unique situation.. besides PJ'S subpar pizza, what's more striking is there ethics and deception, when doing business with PJ's I recommend that you do so with a clear line of communication and documentation as needed... These folks offer an impressive selection of menu items to choose from. The staff is friendly and courteous; the place is clean and newly remodeled. They have in their possession a variety of games for children's amusement; there is even a gameroom in the back where kids can play and dine on their favorite pizza. There are refills on your drinks for the duration of your stay, free of charge, which I always find an appropriate incentive. Good pizza, but if ordering for delivery, be prepared to WAIT! On the phone, they will tell you 45 minutes to an hour every time. The last few times we have ordered it has been close to an hour and 30 minutes. However, they did send us a voucher for the last late delivery. I get lunch from Pizza Joe's at least once a week. The staff is always friendly. For their 10th anniversary they refinished the interior and it really looks great. They have an arcade in the back that seems to really draw the after school crowd. My favorite item is their stromboli. Pizza is good but not worth the wait. I was told 20-25 minute wait. It ended up being 50 minutes. I waited in the store for 1/2 an hour only to be offered a bottle of soda for compensation.
