Beans and greens. There was twice as much as we shared this.

Today I had the best lunch out in a really long time!!! Having been to Mario's wood fired Grill in the past, Caprese Salad and Lemon Piccata are tops in my book. Today I mixed it up and had beans and greens with sausage. And shared a sausage panini with my husband. Yes 2 sausage items. Yes sausage there is excellent!! But the Beans and Greens were over the top!! Any Sicilian Grandma would be in love!! It is an appetizer but plenty as a main course! Everything was perfect in it. The seasoning was spot on. Need no salt or pepper. The fennel in the sausage was so aromatic!! I plan to do lunch more often now and enjoy these wonderful selections!!! There is street parking that is free. Depending on what is going on in town you will find a close pace to park. No steps. Great place to meet old friends or for business.

This is an absolute gem of a place to get some amazing pizza. Super fresh, high quality ingredients, delicious dough, some of the best I've ever had. The pasta is homemade and the red sauce is wonderful. Service is excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and made some recommendations. Food came out quick. It is also BYOB so we brought some wine. I would suggest getting there a bit early since it's a hot spot! Atmosphere is cool, lots of windows to check out downtown beaver. I suggest eating a pizza after taking a hike at Brady's Run Park. Makes for a perfect day! We will be back again soon! I'm sorry that I don't have a picture of my pizza. I ate it so quickly I never got around to taking a photo of it. Look at that amazing spaghetti and meatballs though! Yum.

This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the Beaver area. Firstly I am huge on atmosphere and Mario's certainly delivers in that department just like it knocks the ball out of the bar in every other one. Each time I am greeted by friendly staff at the front door, this continues into and through my dining experience up until the moment I leave. Do I even need to say anything about the food? It is simply delicious, everything I have exceeds my expectations.

For work we were coming to this area to have a meeting and this was one of the places that my co-worker wanted to try out. She said that she walked by the weekend before and it looked pretty good. I was up for anything and since we were out and about for work I was excited to try something different than what we usually have in my neighborhood. We got seated right away even though it was lunch time and they had plenty of seats. We got to sit next to the wood fire stove oven thing so we could watch the pizzas go in and out. The pictures that I have are of the smaller pizzas. So I ordered a caprese salad and the rosemary pizza. I feel like I did not read the menu close enough, I blame it on being super hungry. I wish the pizza had sauce on it. Without the sauce. It was just too much cheese and rosemary. But the crust was very good. It just tasted kind of like a cheese bread instead of a pizza which is what I really wanted. But that was my own fault for not reading the menu close enough. The salad was very good with big chunks of cheese and tomatoes and I gobbled that up real fast. I would come here again but probably take a little bit more time before ordering.

Pleasantly surprised by this classic Italian spot. Best food in the area for sure. Careful they get crowded. Friendly staff, a ton of good options-pizza, paninis, pasta, salad. Good wine options as well. Plenty of plant based options. Parking can get busy but located on the Main Street of restaurants and shops. If you are in the area this is the spot to be!

Mario's has amazing delicious food! We eat here at least 4 times or more a month! They also have very nice servers! Recommend them 100% if you're ever in the Beaver Area!

Came here for a quick dinner yesterday and had a good time! Service was good, we were seated immediately. We got the bruschetta and tasted great. For entrees, we got the roasted pepper pizza and the pasta special. Everything came out promptly and tasted delicious! Perfect portions to share and even had some leftover for the next day! Would like to come back!

Undercooked doughy pizza, got a margarita pizza with zero basil! Greens and beans were bland . What happened? Mario's used to be great.

Best Italian food in the area. It's a little noisy, but nothing overwhelming. Servings are generous.

They were busy and it was a bit of a wait and difficult to get through on the phone, but I don't really mind that because it's a small local business and that's to be expected. Next time, I'd like to eat in. The locals seem to rave about this place, and for the times it's good, it's real good so I can see why. I'm giving it four stars just because it's a little inconsistent but I'll definitely be coming back. I like that you get a salad with your entrée too, it's a nice touch. The kids said we had pizza from there but I don't remember! Yesterday we went for supper. Wow! I just had a simple side of spaghetti with a meatball. You can judge Italian restaurants by their sauce. Their red sauce is outstanding! It has the flavor of fresh tomato!! The meatball was a nice size and was excellent!! They have a great menu With a large variety of foods you crave!! The seating area is roomy with ample seating to accommodate the parking lot when it is full. And it was! There is also desert. The Al mmm one torte was original and not like all the other places have. And very important...affordable! With the cake it was just over $30. For 2 of us. Ty he staff was wonderful. As busy as they were the server was so nice as we're all the others working there. Please visit Yolanda's in Onaca and tell them yelp sent you!!

There is also a big patio area which is wonderful for a warm spring day, or a cozy summer night. The menu contains unique items amongst its standard fare. We went with the "Polish bowl", the " Italian bowl" and the cheesesteak. The Polish bowl contained pirogies that would rival any church lent takeaway. Accompanying them was kielbasa, sauerkraut, bacon, with side of sour cream and butter. Large portions, delicious taste. The Italian bowl consisted of four enormous meatballs. The flavor reminded me of my mom's who was taught by her neighbor who was from Italy. So very delectable. I took two of the four home and made two meatball subs from them- again, so enormous. The Grumpy Beaver does not skimp on quantity, but maintains a very high level of quality. The cheesesteak equaled two you would receive from anywhere else. The inclusion of sirloin, Swiss cheese accompaniment, and the local Mancini bakery bread ( long roll) will stand against anything you get from Philly. This was scrumptious. For dessert we chose a Dubai torte, and a banana peanut butter pie. Both did not let us down, with the heavenly flavor exploding in each bite. Our waitress Gabby was sweet and very accommodating. We will be back, and you should try it!
