The trip is less than a half mile from restaurant to our residence. That part I can live with. The real issue is the shrimp was overcooked. The shrimp was chewy and the texture of rubber. My son suggested that we order a pizza from Chesdan's and I could pick it up after shopping at the mall. He called in for a large sausage and cheese for me to pick up. When I go there I asked about the soup of the day it was Italian wedding, of course I had to have it, that is one of my favorites. I live in Brighton Park and my family and friends always meet at Chesdans on Archer for all occasions. It was are go to place. Then they up and moved in 2002, we really missed them. That is 24 years now I was at the new location twice with friends, and the pizza is still the best. It took me an hour to get back home, and I couldn't wait to eat that pizza and soup.
