Pizza is very solid, but service can be hit or miss (even more so for delivery). It used to be the best pizza for the best price in Lockport, but prices have risen greatly over the years. not any more is it good. ordered from them just recent. they have changed!!!!! the pizza was greasy from the cheese and the cheese was so salty you could not even eat it. as for the sauce? there was no sauce they put a tablespoon of sauce on the large pizza and spread it around... 90 % of the pizza had no sauce on it i suspect the owner is now cutting corners with imitation cheese. and skimping on the sauce.......never again will i order from them.i just threw a 17.95 pizza in the gargage!!!!!!!! read more

We have ordered pizza from here many times and have recommended it to many people well after tonight we will no longer order any pizza from there! Last month I placed an order told it would be ready in 45 min an hour and 10 min later I got my pizza and no apology no even letting me know it was going to be late. Then tonight really set me over the edge cause I know things happen however we placed an order for a medium pizza half cheese half pepperoni. When my husband got home it was entirely sausage. The receipt on the box even said half pepperoni on it. I do not eat sausage. I called to explain what had happen. The girl on the other end told me the best they could do was make a new pizza the way it should of been done in the first place and would need the other pizza back or they would give me a credit for next time. My husband had just got off work and was hungry so I was not going to make him wait for another pizza to be made. I said I would like a credit please she then asks someone there how much of a credit they should give me? Are you kidding me my credit should be for the pizza I fucking ordered but no instead she says we can give you a three dollar credit. $3 credit.... you're joking me you messed up my order and that's what you're going to give me. Due to this we will no longer do business with them and I will be sure to recommend all my clients to try somewhere else. Again we loved this place prior but as of recently they have gone down hill with their customer service and I know things happen but the way this was handled tonight was not acceptable. read more

Ordered calzones from here. I am not normally a calzone is greater than pizza kinda gal. This was a special treat. We ordered 2 calzones for four people. One was mushroom and fresh tomato with the other was spinach, tomato, and garlic. It cost $17 with delivery. These calzones are enormous. It would take a special person to eat an entire one themselves. We split one between three people and STILL had leftovers! Cheap, delicious, cheesy, and a good way to fill up the family. read more

Called and ordered a pizza. Called back and cancelled instantly because we made other plans. They still delivered the pizza, so I called back to make sure they didn't charge my card. The girl picked up the phone and stated "everything was all good". Well they ended up charging my card so I had to call back again. This time around the woman who picked up the phone response was " Well I wasn't here that day so I don't know what happened". She put me on hold and then told me " I could pick the money up in person or they could refund the card" She proceeded to refund the card and then told me "It's Done". No "I'm Sorry or Were sorry for the trouble" She was so rude and had so much attitude it was unreal, like I was I wasting her time for wanting my money back. I forgot to mention the first time we ordered here, we ordered a stuffed pizza and THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT ANY SAUCE ON IT. I don't write reviews often, but when you are so rude and cant do something so simple, I want to warn others not to waste their time on this business. They generally bake the toppings under the cheese but they allowed me to get my toppings on top so they would be crispy! It was fantastic, fast and they offered great customer service! I really like the pizza here. Stopped in for the first time. The staff is friendly and they were getting calls constantly so that's always a good sign. I ordered a large supreme which I thought was pretty tasty. The ingredients tasted fresh and I loved the Italian sausage they use. The crust was nice and crispy and very light. First couple bites the crust tasted a little off. I can't explain it. I do prefer papa joes to this place but mangia gets the job done for tasty pizza. A large supreme at papa joes will run ya about $4 more than mangia. The one downfall to mangia is they don't have bacon. They only have Canadian bacon which to me tastes pretty gross. Lol read more
