I ordered the regular sized pizza topped with tomato, mozzarella, spicy calabrese salame, and mushrooms. The crust was thin and perfectly crisp. The pizza was fresh and still steaming hot when I brought it back to my hotel which was a 5 minute walk away. The pizza took about 5 minutes to make so if you're in a hurry or hangry, this place is fantastic for a quickly prepared meal.

The #9 was gorgonzola and pear. It came out piping hot and the cheese was almost falling off the pizza it was so fresh. This pizza has changed my understanding of what a great pizza is. Thin, delicious, not greasy, extra cheesy, and combined with the pear perfectly. I thought I'd only eat half, but easily finished all of it because it wad that mind blowing. My wife loved her pizza as well, but sure was jealous of the #9. Now on to the owner. It was just my wife and I and Luciano the owner in the store. He talked to us for a good 15 minutes after we were done eating and even gave us a fresh slice of prosciutto to try after asking if we liked Pork... just because we were talking about how fresh food makes the difference between good and bad food. I ordered the seafood 20 euro prix fixe dinner and asked for dairy-free. Ricotta with prawns was creamy (but has no cream or butter or cheese upon my request) and huge and a bit spicy, but that's what made it so interesting. The salmon trout with salad secondi was smaller than expected, but perfect size overall because the risotto primi was so big. The salmon was average, not the best I've had, probably because it is not buttered, but on the drier end which I like. They take cards - MasterCard, visa, and american express. Our favorite dish was the Fagotti Cacio e Pere which was handmade fagotti stuffed with cheese and pears, in a pecorino cheese cream, crispy nuts, creamed red fruits, and Tuscany honey. The fagotti itself was so flavorful and the sauce was sooo decadent, sweet, and creamy. We are still dreaming of this pasta. The Pici in Rivolta was pici spaghetti that came in a sauce with slow-cooked braised beef, mushroom, onion, and olive oil. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth and the sauce was so rich.
