I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza joint. This place had a huge bar area with lots of seating and a good size dining area that can host large parties. The bar area had plenty of tv's to watch sports and the family side had games and claw machines to keep the kids entertained. Drinks were very reasonably priced and we all loved our pizzas. They had 4 sizes of pizzas which was perfect for our group, we all liked something different so I was able to order a personal or small pizza and the majority could order a large. Their menu had more than just pizza, I wish I had room to try more things, guess I will have to go back. Service was attentive. read more

Went to pizza pub in Forest Lake for my husband's birthday. It was very noisy, lots of screaming kids, it took a long time to get a pizza and the pizza it was so salty we hardly could eat some of it. I am debating if I should give the left overs to the dogs or it is to salty for them. In the end the pen that was given to me to sign for the receipt didn't work.... Great place to take the kids for some pizza and watch a ball game on one the many TV screens throughout the establishment. I ordered a pizza and was shocked they sliced the pizza into two inch squares! The many cold beers on tap washed the tasteless pizza down. I won't be back for the pizza any time soon. read more

Service was excellent. Friendly, efficient, and funny. But the Fire House Spaghetti was disappointing. It's my favorite dinner there, and I have ordered it dozens of times. The Fire House sauce is is generally both flavorful and pretty spicy, but on this occasion it was not spicy at all. Very disappointing. My guess is they tinkered with the recipe for it, as they have done with at least one of their other offerings lately. I am not sure why they are doind this - I have always liked things the way they were there. Change isn't necessarily bad - if it's done for a reason. Not sure what the reason is in this case. Anyway, I will go back, since it's local and where some friends like to hang out, but I might just be eating salads there in the future. read more

This was our second try as a family to dine here. The waitress was great and the food tasted just fine. I just struggle on why a 16" cheese and pepperoni pizza takes 45 minutes to make ? My sons chicken strips where big and nice. Our first time here it took over an hour to get our pizza. Two other tables are here and that's it. I'd give it a 4 star if it came faster..... maybe next time? Wow- horrible management! They fired one of our favorite employees of the company OVER TEXT MESSAGE. bailey and her family went on a family vacation and came back to a text message letting her know they were firing her. They could not have told her in person, nor could they provide her with an explanation to why they were firing her. our other favorite employee said that this is not uncommon that they either fire people over text or just stop putting them on the schedule until they get the hint. In a world where every where is fighting for employees they are willing to fire someone like this. i will not be giving money to this company anymore. read more

Had not been in a while as they were pretty loose with their Covid plan. Tried takeout tonight and was ignored at the register for 11 minutes by multiple wait staff. If I could give zero stars I would! Called in one XL pizza for pick up for lunch, they said 50 minutes for pick up. I walked in just over an hour later and they didn't even start the pizza yet. There was a total of 8 people in the entire restaurant, so they were not swamped by any means. read more

This pizza pub is spacious and clean. Huge bar area with many beers on tap that is separate from the dining area. We took the kids here on a Monday when it wasn't busy. Our waitress was very friendly and professional. The pizza was excellent!!!!! Gluten free pizza this good is extremely rare. I speak from experience. The regular pizza the kids had was perfect. Quality ingredients and great service. The only bad part was that I had to take my kids to the bathroom 3 times. For some reason they think it's funny to "never cry wolf" about "having to go" at every restaurant we go to. This is a great restaurant option to the chisago lakes area. read more

Felt bad for the server, who wa overwhelmed but still did a bad job. Luckily the bar server came and took care of us. Over 40 minutes just to get an order taken. Over 2 hours before we got food.
