We ordered Broasted chicken with potato wedges, cheese curds and Cole slaw online for delivery. There is only one other place we know of they will deliver to our home in East Bethel. We are so happy Jimmy's does for starters. It wasn't cheap but it was to be expected with the price of everything so jacked up every where for everything. I'm more surprised these days if something isn't $$$. Added the tip to the bill. Got here in about 30 minutes. 15 minutes faster than site stated. It was late at night and we did yard work all day so we were extatic we could stuff our faces so quickly. The delivery person possibly seemed to be waiting to be handed his tip but I told my husband it was added before he stepped out. Felt bad he possibly thought even for a minute we would stiff him. Next time I will fill in zero and hand the delivery person cash. Just old fashioned maybe. Oh yeah the food was hot and delicious! Best Cole slaw I ever had too! I ordered online. I waited an hour. I called Jimmy's to ask about my order. They had no record of any order at all. I don't fault the good people working at Jimmy's. I fault whomever developed the online ordering system they are using. My bank shows a pending transaction. This makes me not want to order Jimmy's Pizza. read more

Jimmy's would be a great option if we EVER got our order on time. They have been anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour late on every order for the estimated delivery time. (Ordered at 6:50; eta was 7:30. We called at 8:05 and they said it will leave the store in 15-20 minutes with an arrival of 8:30). The pizza is the best for the area as far as delivery options go. Good crust, great meat, decent cheese and sauce. BUT they need to figure something out with their production/delivery service. This has happened pre COVID as well. read more

I felt compelled to write a review this time. Last time we ordered the broasted chicken, jo-jo's and Cole slaw, they delivered and forgot the coleslaw. The driver apologized and asked if we wanted him to go back and get it. Of course we said no, but still paid for it. Again tonight we ordered the same thing, same delivery driver, and an hour and a half later the food was delivered and AGAIN forgot the coleslaw. They have you pay ahead so of course we still paid for it! Don't know what's going on here, but this doesn't seem to be a one time thing. Buyer beware. I have never had a bad experience with Jimmy's despite the multiple trolls that like to adorn their Facebook page with their nonsense. They have great pizza- love the deep dish crust especially. It's not greasy like larger chain places such as Pizza Hut and Dominos. The pizza fries are delicious, better than ordering plain breadsticks somewhere else. They've got decent calzones as well. They usually always have some kind of special going on as well. read more

Two bad experiences means never again! We ordered chicken dinners for the family about two weeks ago. It was ok, the chicken was small and dry, and the potatoes were soggy. The worst part of all; my husband found a hair mixed into the batter that was on the chicken. GROSS! So we took the chicken and the hair back. The manager working was very polite, and the issue was handled well. The owner called me back the next day and comped us two meals out of the five that were ordered. The only thing that really bothered me about the phone call was that the owner commented "I don't know how that could have happened?" Really? The girls working there all had their hair tied back in lose pony tails and weren't wearing hair nets, it's not that surprising. Ok, so moving on. Last night I stayed late at work and needed dinner and remembered my two free meals. So I call in an order. The kid answering the phone had the personality of a wet match in a dark room, he spoke so quietly I had to turn the volume all the way up on my phone so I could hear him mumble ummmmmm every other word. I get my order placed and make my way to the store, pick it up and head home. My daughter and I eat the chicken meals. This time around the chicken was much better, I would even call it pretty good. My husband however, did not fair as well. He ate the pizza. He has been vomiting since 3 am. I know you're thinking he could have the flu. Unfortunately, no symptoms of the flu, and he says that all he tastes is the pizza coming back out. Other than throwing up, he feels fine. He was also the only one in the house who ate the pizza. They have "The Best Pizza, The Best Price, and The Best Service" written on the door. Compared to what? Chicken with hair in it, and tainted pizza, $45 dollars for said hairy chicken, and kids who hardly know how to communicate on a phone. read more

We got the free pizza coupon in the mail. You know, the one that says "We're not lousy any more---have a free pizza." So we called to order our free pizza. We were put on hold. Ten minutes went by, and there was quite a bit of conversation in the background (unrelated to pizza), and finally one of the guys working there says "Whoa! I think this guy is still on the phone!" We ask for the free pizza (it was pepperoni), sans pepperoni, because we don't eat meat. "We can't do that." We were told. "You have to order a cheese pizza." Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we order the cheese pizza instead. We're told it will be ready in ten minutes. Ten minutes? Really? Yes, really. Well, our pizza was still partially frozen (yes, they use frozen pizzas). It had sausage on it (we still don't eat meat). And what wasn't ruined with sausage tasted absolutely horrible. We couldn't finish it and gave it to the dogs. read more
