Went on a Tuesday night, first visit. Apparently this is a buffet. Nice. Small selection of various pizzas, salad bar and another buffet with fried chicken and a variety of sides. We only had the pizza but it was pretty good. Tastes like they like provolone cheese which is my favorite pizza cheese. All the selections seemed to have light sauce, also ok with me. The sauce didn't overwhelm the pizza, which I was happy with. Id callbit a solid pizza place, famiky friendly. Looks like they might have a party area, as well as a small arcade area in back, which we didnt go to. They also have a menu and you can order a pizza off that if you dont want to do the buffet. I would eat here again. My only complaint is that they needed to cut the buffet pizzas better. I often found the edges were not cut completely, making it difficult to separate the slices, especially if you're letting your kids serve themselves. read more

This is a pretty solid place. My boyfriend and I came here a few times after his workouts, and he eats a lot. The food is good, especially if you want to get your money's worth. Our favorite pizza is the Tuscan Roma; the thin crust works great with the sliced tomatoes, and the generous layer of cheese compliments the spinach without being too salty. He also really loves the peach dessert pies. Service is quick, pizzas are often brought out to fill the empty trays, and the waiters come by frequently. This is the fast food version of pizza and so if your expectations are as such, you won't be disappointed. The pizza is average at best and sometimes the selections may not be to your liking. To that point, most of these chains will make whatever you want. Be sure to request something if you don't see it. The salad bar is decent and they have a few dessert options. My favorite part of this chain has nothing to do with pizza at all. The highlight for me is the fried chicken. I love this place! It prompted me to review after I went there on a date to the Fun Zone but I would like to take this opportunity to give it an overall review. Food is always amazing and this place goes above and beyond with their current service members and veterans discount. Employees are always great and keep fresh food out all the time. No more to say other than the eating experience is amazing and affordable. The Fun Zone is also great and essentially is an arcade. Does not cost much as I think we put in 10 bucks for the two of us and I think we got 30 minutes of playing for 2 of us simultaneously. Workers in there are great and good to talk to. 2 1/2 stars??? Please, this place is the cat's meow! In town for a show at the airforce base, stayed at the hotel down the street. I wanted chicken, rest of the guys wanted pizza so we killed two birds with one stone. Expectations were low because, you know......buffet.....but sweet baby Jesus were we surprised by how good everything was! Chicken was moist and tender, mashed potatoes/gravy were savory and delicious. Pizza was excellent, nice thin crust. Finished the meal off with warm chocolate chip cookies and ice cream. Home boy was hustling in our area, clearing all the plates. People vacuuming up mess the rotten kids across from us made. I will be very honest with this review. I paid a senior price for my meal and drink and so happy for that. The only food I actually liked was the mashed potatoes and the gravy and was not crazy about the chicken. The few slices of different pizza was just ok and that's it. It's somewhere you go to eat if you are trying to eat a lot of nothing great food. There is no ambiance because it more of games for children and there is a lot that are running around. I would say that the lady I saw going around cleaning the tables was a hard worker. I just wanted to see what a chicken and pizza buffet was. If this is all you can afford, go for it. Stopped in at 6pm for a quick bite. There was a decent crowd here and there was one person working the register so it took a few minutes to pay. The buffet had two pies out and it looked like it was pretty old. The chicken looked terrible. There was only a few pieces and they to looked like they had been there all day. I opted for a salad and waited for the buffet to be refilled but after 30 minutes and still no refresh I made due with what was there. The chicken was like jerky and saturated in oil. Wasn't a good look and there was a lot of people around me taking about how terrible it was. I'm not sure I would stop here again. read more

Ordered a small sausage pizza to be delivered while stuck in a nearby hotel due to a blizzard. Although is understandably took a little longer than normal, delivery time was reasonable and the pizza was still warm. Most importantly, I thought the pizza tasted very good. I love going here as it's great for the whole family. The service is great very friendly and welcoming and the decor is very nice. The food is good a 9/10 salad bar with different soups everyday. The pizza is around a 6/10 depending on the kind you get. The pepperoni and bronco pizzas are good. 9/10 chicken. The chicken is crispy, juicy and full of flavor. 3.5 stars is probably about right. Not sure why some others are so down on it. It is a good deal for what you get, with the mix of a pizza buffet, fried chicken (and a few other classic American food sides), and salad. Had the chicken bacon ranch pizza which was solid if not incredible (avoid plain pizzas though, but this is generally a rule for the entire Midwest from what I've seen; pizzas are best with lots of toppings here), with a pretty good pizza crust. Slices are rather small however. Other pizza types were meh, but not outright bad. Fried chicken is quite legit and is better than some places in the South when I lived there; crispy skin but moist on the inside, which is how it should be. Salad bar is rather forgettable. I live a mile from this location but ordered online for delivery because I don't hav a car, just a small pizza and dessert and it's been over an hr and a half with not even a call update. I called to see what was up and a rude man rushed me off the phone saying the delivery guy is on his way. That was 30 mins ago and mind u i live an actual mile away so.. safe to say this place sucks! Place just went from bad , to worse , to worse . Showed up here at about 8:50 on a Monday night , posted that the restaurant closes at 10 so figured there would be no issues. Was told as soon as we enter that the items on the buffet would be all they had left for the night , was fine with that until they started to clean up as soon as we sat down to the ya at maybe 8:55 , over an hour before their supposed to close . When we went, all the stuff out on the buffet area was baked over, basically not fresh, looked as it was sitting there for quite awhile. The head cashier was awkward.... kind of weird. Headed to Pizza Ranch with the kids after a great movie. Checked hours posted on door and since listed closing as 10pm and it was just before 9pm, thought we were good. After prepaying, the cashier advised us that they stopped preparing food at 9pm but that what was out was fresh. It would have been helpful to know prior to purchase. Salad bar was fine and other selections were limited but fresh. Before we could sit, staff began what appeared to be closing preparations by bringing out the vacuum near our table. Our sleeping baby did not stay that way and we were clearly holding them up as various staff were seem monitoring our progress. I work at a hotel and the only reason we decided to order Pizza Ranch is because we had enough front desk coupons to get a free pizza. My philosophy is "even bad pizza is still pretty good" but it looks like I have to get a new philosophy. When we called to place our order we were told "your pizza will be ready whenever" by a very rude employee. It took almost an hour and a half for our pizza to arrive and the man that delivered it was very rude as well. We went to eat our pizza, which was burnt and cold, but it was too disgusting to even eat. We threw it away. If you want good pizza you should go to Rhombus Guys, Papa John's or even the gas station. I love the place when the buffet is stocked. When its busy though its a race to the line when they happen to bring out some chicken or a fresh pizza. My kids love the place, they eat $2 worth of food and are happy, but I find $13 a bit for 11 and 13 year old kids. Well, if you pay less than 10 $ for a Buffet, don't expect high class food! The Pizza at the Buffet taste just fine, I never had trouble with an empty buffet. The salad looked and tasted fresh when we went there. Also the other food on the buffet taste fine. Like I said no High Class but still nice. Friendly employees, even it is always kinda busy they take care to remove empty plates fast and clean the tables. And even if you have to wait for a special kind of Pizza... I would rather wait 5 minutes than eat cold food. read more
