At first when we chose to go for the buffet, we thought $15 a person was high. However, after we had their pizza and chicken, it was delicious. My husband had blueberry dessert that he loved. I really like the fact that you offer other food to eat in case someone doesn't want pizza. They offer fried chicken, mash potatoes, mac and cheese. I didn't know this was a Christian owned restaurant until I read the nice messages that folded and put on each table. You are doing a good thing here by spreading God's love around by putting messages like that one on each table. We felt very blessed to be there. We go to Luverne Pizza ranch before a movie at the Palace Theatre on the weekends. The staff at the Pizza rance are always cheerful and friendly. I have bussed tables for charity at several pizza ranches and its not easy so kudos to the staff there, especially Missy, she is always a pleasure to chat with and always working hard to keep the place moving. Always amazing pizza, and friendly service. I go here with my family all the time. I just wish there were more flavors of ice cream. And on busy nights the buffet can get really crowded. I love the country theme, but more than that I like that its a warm environment. This location is also wonderfully involved in the community in Luverne, having a little list of upcoming events on the tables, or partnering with the school for fundraisers. read more

A slightly-above-average pizza from this regional chain. The staff is friendly and the prices low, but for the discerning, you can certainly do better, and for not much more money. I typically prefer original crust, but from here I would recommend a Bronco (all meat) with some jalapeños added on thin crust. You guys should get your card machine fixed. My daughter ordered pizza when I was out of town and when they came to the door they told her my card was declined and she had to figure something out. I checked my balance and absolutely had money on my card. Manager said the machine wasn't working for an employee as well and she had money on her card. We don't have any Pizza Ranches so we didn't know what we wanted and the gal was immediately annoyed. She told us it would be 20 minutes for the pizza to come out and got my name AND PHONE NUMBER. We sat for 30+ minutes and no one called my name OR MY PHONE. So I go up to the counter and my pizza has been sitting in a delivery bag. I was clearly disappointed that my pizza has been sitting there and wasn't even offered an apology. She coldly started she didn't think it had been there for very long and gave no explanation for why they chose not to contact me with the information they asked for. Didn't even give me the ranch I asked for when I ordered the pizza. Extremely disappointed. We were never even asked if we wanted our pizza "for here or to go." Maybe it's because we aren't locals. This is by far my favorite place to eat in Luverne. Great food and amazing atmosphere. The chicken is surprisingly very amazing. Best chicken I have ever tried. I recommend to request a pizza if the counter person ask you because last time I had a craving for a thin crust buffalo chicken with jalapeño and man was it amazing. I guess you could request whatever you like and you could even make your own pizza and the best thing yet, the staff bring the pizza to you.
