I've been going to Pizza Ranch for close to 20years all over the midwest. I moved away and hadn't been for years. Today was very disappointing. I really enjoy the chicken and pizza but love the blueberry pizza. When I paid on entering the restaurant I was asked if I had any special requests. I made the request of blueberry pizza. For a first I was told it will come out on rotation.... A few different types of dessert were out but not blueberry, so we kept an eye out as we ate...we watched all the desserts vanish and then sat there for close to 20mins for them to come out with a new dessert. Finally they showed up with half a blueberry pizza. To be fair on other customers, I only took 2 smaller pieces. A bit frustrating waiting so long for very little. My thought is that the franchise owner is so cheap they tell staff only to rotate blueberry out sparingly due to the higher cost. The atmosphere was cozy and very busy over lunch. read more

This is a great affordable place to take the family. They have a salad bar, pizza section, fried chicken thighs, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, etc. They have quite a lot of choices and a soft drink station. You can also place an order for a pizza that you like and they will deliver that to your table. Service is great, the staff take away dirty places quickly, and are overall very friendly. It can be loud at times due to the arcade they have at the back of the restaurant, however it's a nice place to get a quick meal. read more

You could improve by not having cleaning stuff so close to the ice cream and desert. Have more variety of food out in the buffet. The food was very dry. I asked if more food was being brought out and was practically ignored. 41st street is better read more

I ordered Pizza Ranch and I will never order from there again a waste of $67 dollars for 1 medium pizza, 1 8 piece chicken order that only came with 6 they can't count. a piss poor box of potato wedges? So it's my bday. I don't go all out or do anything really. All I wanted was some chicken, I upgraded to all white, and a pizza. Sadly $35 is not enough for online credit card pick up. Honestly I will not ever eat at your establishment again. You accept discover but not master? Card wise I can get over it.l, but not letting me order and pick up cash wise is bs. I would swear much more but I know this would get blocked. Seriously your service is worse than cousins pocket presence. I love kirk but we all have our issues. We stopped by the 10th street Pizza Ranch mainly for the chicken. We bought 'take two Buffet' for $27 (the full price for buffet) and some change and they handed us two small trays. Don't you think they should've bigger trays because we paid the full price of the buffet! We'll never go there again. read more

i am appalled. every time i stood up, one of the workers came and cleared my table. i came back and everything was gone. i went up front and kindly said that i was just in the bathroom and i needed another drink glass. fast forward to when i get up to go back up to buffet- i scoop myself some mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and some chicken. walking back to my table, i see the worker wiping it down. i say excuse me im still eating here? he apologizes and grabs me another cup. at this point im pissed. i finish eating my meal, get up for dessert. i get some ice cream and cactus bread. and guess what? the glass is gone again, my dishes gone, and table wiped. i am so angry. read more

This is a family frendly place with helpful staff and good food. You can tell they enjoy their community and are supportive a local schools and groups. You wont' go wrong eating at the East 10th stree Pizza Ranch. read more

Let me start by saying we have been going to this Pizza Ranch for many years now. We have never had a bad meal. Just the opposite actually. Always/consistently great food and service. A couple years ago we moved to Omaha and now live just outside of Sioux City and occasionally have gone to Pizza Ranch in these locations; however, they never measure up to this one in SF. It is the Pizza Ranch for which all others are compared and consistently fall far short. Other than my church, Sioux Falls Christian School and our families it is what I miss the most in SF. Pathetic?! Maybe. So back to my reuniting with this PR after 2 years away...it was all I remembered and more. Loved it! Again great food and super nice staff! How do they get the nicest kids and managers consistently to work there?!?! Today I was speaking to one of the young boys and relating how much I love it there and how this location was/is so much better than others we have been to and he said how this location consistently (word of the day apparently) score first in sales out of 180 locations. My personal go to choice in SF if a buffet is in order. Chicken and sides are all solid. Salad bar isnt that great, but otherwise great options for food. Pizza Ranch pizza is certainly not the greatest in town, but its good enough. Epecially the buffalo chicken. read more

We had our whole wedding party show up and we reserved a room for just us which was air conditioned to a great temperature and we were quite happy with it. The buffet of course was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. We all enjoyed eating together and Pizza Ranch of course had the most interesting different types of desserts and pizza there was. Food is good, a lot of variety. The soups are actually quite nice. They will make any kind of pizza you ask for and then bring it to you. The ice cream is also good with dessert pizzas. The Taco pizza is definitely a great one, the Taco sauce is a bit spicy, but I'm kinda weak with hot food. All in all, it's a nice place to take the kids. read more

Ordered take-out pizza today. Got the two for $22 special, thin crusts. Have to say it was worse than a frozen pizza. When I order extra cheese, I assume it's more than regular. The sausage, pepperoni and olives were non-existent, and the crusts were burnt. It was like eating pizza toppings off graham crackers. TERRIBLE! Before today, I thought the worst pizza I've eaten in Sioux Falls was from the Pizza Hut on East 10th. It was so hot today, I just decided to order from the closest available pizza place. Huge thanks to the 41st Street Pizza Ranch! We just had our son's graduation party last Sat and had pizza's, hot wings and breadsticks delivered. They were right on time and left us warming bags and plenty of extra supplies for serving including tongs, marinara, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese and pepper flakes.
