Inside the hotel there is a vault and inside the vault is this cute cocktail bar with food. The drinks were delicious! I had the frosted core. The food was also great. Definitely recommend the Korean fried cauliflower, pub chips, and pork carnitas tacos. They are big enough to share and were shared amongst 4 people.

This fancy craft cocktail bar is cool. We walked through the old bank vault to enter the bar. We sat at the bar and bartender gave us recommendations. The ladies next to us suggested the spicy nuts, he gave us a small bowl to try. They were closing at midnight and turned the music louder for us to enjoy. Love the hip hop music selection.

Our first visit to The Treasury, and there is nothing negative my daughter and I would say about the food, the service, or the ambiance of this speakeasy downtown business bar. The minute I saw a New Mexico sparkling wine on the menu, I knew we would not be disappointed and we weren't. We will be back.

Very cool atmosphere as it is set up walking through a vault on an old bank. The lobby is decorated with bankers windows which host a coffee shop and safe deposit boxes on walls. You enter the bar through the old vault walking through the large vault door. Once inside the bar seems to lack luster and the bartenders initially neglected to serve us for quite a while which was annoying since it was not crowded. Once served cocktail was tasty (Expresso martini) . Not many beers on tap .

You enter through the old back vault which is awesome! The decor is art deco and beautiful. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the bartenders make their creations. The drinks are creative and delicious. We had the spinach artichoke dip and the pork tacos. It was all really good.

Awesome bar spot tucked inside of an old bank vault. Come for the ambiance and aesthetic, service and drinks were fine. This spot does fill up quickly, luckily my party of 2 was able to snag seats at the bar.

Good ambiance, cool setting. Terrible old fashioned. One bartender was friendly and attentive, the other looked miserable to be there.

Hotel is beautiful. But there's only about 20 parking spots. For the price of the hotel, we should be able to park at the hotel.

Food was really, really good. Not much open in the area, this has a nice darker ambiance at night and was relaxing.

Ethan was an incredible bartender and made an exquisite dirty martini. Seriously, if you love a good dirty martini, don't skip it. The fries were off the hook, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance of classy, comfortable, and fun. One of the highlights of the evening was learning about the building's history and hearing about the upcoming live music that performs downstairs in the cozy speakeasy. It's definitely a reason to come back again. And a huge shoutout to Leo, the waiter, he is the bomb! Friendly, attentive, personable, and he genuinely made us feel welcome. If you're looking for amazing cocktails, great food, outstanding service, and a place with character, Myrtle's is a must-visit. As a newcomer to Sioux Falls, this is exactly the kind of local gem I was hoping to find. I'll definitely be back!

The selection is great and it's a more sophisticated yet young and trendy vibe in their bar area. Always see a great crowd here. My go to drink is a Lavender Martini. Went on Friday night, 11/3/18, and an acoustic duo (guitar guy, vocalist girl) were performing. Now, supporting local talent is cool and both of them had a reasonable singing voice but EACH AND EVERY SONG sounded the same. A shrilly, high pitched, vocal rendition of modern tunes that after awhile, grated on your nerves. It really ruined the evening there and I was begging and praying for them to go on break for 45 minutes. I probably will go back and try it once more but I hope mgmt really takes a good hard look at who they hire as 'entertainment'.

Hubs and I needed some "we" time during our family vacation this year, and stumbled upon the Paramount for some pre-dinner drinks. Big time loved the classed-up interior, waaay comfortable seating, and fireplace. The bartender was great: attentive and capable of making a good, strong martini. Bliss! All patrons seemed satisfied, and 'twas a quiet crowd during happy hour--which suited us perfectly. Can't speak to the food, but this place definitely specializes in clear liquids. I'd recommend planning out your grub situation and leaving a clean slate for Paramount to do what it does best.

Open table asks what we are celebrating but there was nothing congratulatory or special of our day there from our waitress. One gentleman Graham welcomed us and did give special love, but he was just our greeter. He even came by walking by after our meal and checked in, he was the best! Our waitress was nice but not the most helpful on wine selections. I wish there was a wine sommelier who could have helped me further on decisions, I ended up with a wine I didn't enjoy unfortunately. I have a gluten allergy and I am so pleased by all the great food choices and allergy flag. For Friday at 6, I wanted the lamb risotto but it was sold out, I ended with the seafood risotto. That was very delicious; had one broken scallop, 3 shrimp and a decent amount of mussels. I think they could have added another scallop and shrimp but so be it. I needed some lemon and red pepper flakes to flavor it up but our waitress took FOREVER to even check on our first bites. I was waving at bussers and no one came by, after about 10-15 min my partner stopped her. My partners and mother's food were very delicious and they were happy with their meals! If gluten free, I would have gobbled that up! The food was good for Sioux Falls but not the most outstanding service. That lacked.
