Ordered Pizza for my family for a birthday celebration. A double pepperoni, texan taco and cheese sticks with extra cheese. Had to order via door dash as Pizza Ranch doesn't offer delivery anymore. Once the Pizza was delivered, set everything up to get the family ready to eat, opened the boxes and was immediately disappointed. Both pizzas were not what we had ordered. Received a sausage and pep pizza and a sausage onion and misc Pizza. The cheese sticks were missing most of the cheese, the pizzas were also undercooked and doughy. Called the business, they initially said there was nothing they could do, then said they could remake the Pizza if we could come pick it up. Unfortunately that was not an option, which is why we had ordered delivery. read more

This Pizza Ranch used to be our favorite go-to place for chicken, pizza, salads, buffet, delivery...you name it! 2012-2021 Change in Assistant Management and turn over in Staff have reduced it to an acceptable pizza buffet. Not even sure they offer delivery, anymore...just Carry-Out. Still, good chicken, good pizza and acceptable salad bar. read more

Worst Pizza Ranch I've ever eaten at. Buffet was almost empty, the food that was available was old and dried out. The entire restaurant was very dirty, especially the buffet. There was quite a few staff working but not one cleaning at all! The floor was the dirtiest I have ever seen in a restaurant. There was only a few tables of people eating in the whole place and when people went up to the buffet they had to step over chicken bones, forks, napkins, and many other things of garbage just to get there! Yesterday..I took my son out for a late night dinner. Long day at work and I plugged in my charger to charge my phone and I was rudely told by the manager in front of customers that I couldn't be doing that because it was a restaurant and not a charging booth. I didn't understand why he referred to my son and I as "ya people!! need to do that elsewhere. As a professional a manager shouldn't approach someone in that manner especially not in front of others I was so embarrassed that I couldn't finish my first plate and left. I did let him know that he shouldn't have spoken to me like If I was breaking the law and not once did he even show any compassion nor apologize instead he went on saying that the place didn't need a higher electric bill. What the heck!!..that was the best excuse he could come up with. Nasty management!! read more

I'd never leave a bad review for this pizza ranch concerning its food, or price, &c &c. But the customer service is dreadful, I'm fond of pizza ranch itself, but if you're looking to feel like you are wanted here, you'll be dissapointed. A select few of the employees think the act of insulting and harassing the customers is quite amusing. Likening some of us to "animals" who are unwelcome, in one particular instance. After growing up in the midwest and then moving to the west coast, what do I miss? Pizza Ranch! This was my first time at this particular location, but it did not disappoint. The food is delicious (and there's lots of it!). The service is great. And for $8.95, you can't beat the price, since it covers all you can eat meal, plus beverage, and dessert! Anytime I am in the midwest, I make it a point to stop at a Pizza Ranch when possible and I will continue that tradition! read more

By far the best Pizza Ranch I've been to in MN. Service was very friendly from all employees. The pizza and chicken were fresh with a great variety out for lunch. If I come back to Willmar I'll make a stop here for lunch again! read more

The restaurant it self is awesome, but delivery is horrible. They took an extra 20 minutes to get to my place and they got the wrong soda with it and they offered to go all the way back and fix it but the kid had an attitude in his voice that I didn't want to deal with. Plus there delivery fee is $6 when domino's (which is farther away from me) is $1.60. I'll never do delivery again from them. not very happy i ordered a BLT pizza what i got was basically a cheese pizza with bacon in it... have had mix up on orders before , ordered diet sprite and they send regular sprite every time.. wont be doing on line ordering again with pizza ranch.sorry domino's will get my business. read more

This Pizza Ranch is located down the street from the YMCA and around the corner from the local Walmart. The pizza place theme is Old Western since there is everything from cowboys to country music inside the restaurant. The place offers a lunch and dinner Buffet incase you don't want pizza to eat. The pizza is good and better then most of the places in the area. If you are dinning with a large group, a back room is available to have a party or other functions. The prices are responsible for a pizza place buy not all pizza restaurants service fried chicken like Pizza Ranch does. read more
