This is our go to pizza joint in Chippewa. Good New York style pizza. The large pizza and small wing combo gets it done for my family of 5, a value at $18.99. Their wings are underrated, especially for a pizza joint. The sauces trend on the hot side, the medium are more like the hot I get other places and are too hot for the rest of the family. They are always well done, not rubbery like you get at other places that don't specialize in wings. Most importantly, they are served good and saucy. The woman with dark hair and glasses , working in the kitchen was just rude and terrible. We placed a call in order for 2 pizzas and one of them was wrong. One of us went inside to tell him they mixed up the pizza toppings. The women proceeded to have an attitude and talk about how we "did not order pineapple" with the other staff when we did. We admit our wrongs and we are not wrong. We for sure said pineapple and got pepperoni. Just a tip of advice if you're going to talk about your customers who pay your paychecks, make sure we can't hear you !!!!! Been coming here for years. What a shame. read more

Service and on the phone customer service is always nice. Very friendly. However, for the price of some of the items, it's the worst food I've had in a while. Ordered a steak and chicken salad a few times and it was sub-par. Lettuce a little wilted but it was okay. Ordered chicken fry and cheese and it was terrible. The grilled chicken was boiled with no seasoning, and the breaded was a frozen chicken tender cut up. The fries were very dry and over cooked. Not sure what happened to this place, was my favorite pizza in the area. Ordered the special, large 2 topping pizza for 14.99. Was charged 17.99 and the pizza crust was like cardboard, it was so thin you could barely see it. Not to mention the flavor of the sauce changed and there was hardly any on the entire pizza. I will not be ordering from them in the future. Don't waste your money. read more

Lee the owner likes to cause issues with his employees, cheat his employees out of pay, when called out about it, he tells his employees they are off the schedule until further notice, but refuses to talk to the employee's.. Pizza Roma in Chippewa makes the worst pizza ever! My poor niece ordered this last night, and this is what they sent her. Seriously? A $32.00 burnt pizza! She called to get a refund, and it was a Nightmare! I called to speak to the manager today, to see if he would make it right for her. He told me off, and hung up on me! He said that's how they make pizza and he's been in business for 22 years. I told him we've had pizza business's, and that I've been making pizzas since I was 12. Place is run by someone unfit. Over an hour late on delivery. Wrong food delivered under Cooked wings. Owner doesn't care employees put you on infinite hold when an issue is called in. I ordered a chicken salad with no cheese and no onions. The gentleman who took my order called back five minutes later to ask if I wanted grilled or breaded chicken. He then asked again what I didn't want on the salad. I reiterated no cheese and no onions. When I got home from picking it up, I opened the container and the salad was covered with cheese. My order was not correct. When I told the guy he said he didn't know that he made it wrong. He said "well that's the way I make it". I showed him on the slip that he made it wrong. I have had the food here before - and it is usually good. Delivery - not so much. Just ordered a steak hoagie and was told that it would take 45 minutes. It took 45 minutes and showed up luke warm to cold and instead of what I ordered I had an an italian hoagie ( I think). It had hardly any meat on it -and ended up in the garbage. We had gotten here a few times before and the food is good, but it seems like every time we call to order, the people taking the order are rude and don't really care. The pizza is only so-so. Not much flavor to the sauce, bland crust. The crust was overcooked and dry. There are better choices nearby.
