We were in from out of town and tried to go here at 10:15pm on a Saturday night and were turned away even though the door says they are open until 11:00pm. They just shrugged it off and acted as though they didn't care at all. The food might be great, but hey lost my business for all future visits. Customer service is easy....and they FAILED miserably! read more

I was once in love with this place and the pizza. I walked in and the strong smell of urine was overwhelming as well as the need to clean. Needless to say, I still ordered my pizza and as soon as I got into my vehicle I immediately opened my box to eat. To my dismay the toppings on the pizza was still cold. I'm cured!!! read more

My favorite pizza place! I normally don't like to eat pizza but I do love their cool pizzas with unique toppings. If you're not a pizza person it's fine too dice they have other good choices. Their spaghetti and lasagna are packed with a good ratio of meat, cheese, sauce, and pasta. Don't even get me started with their breadsticks! I hog them from my boyfriend all the time. Their mugs are always ice cold which is great for beer. All in all its a very friendly and crowded place full of good food and music! read more

Best pizza in town which isn't saying much due to the fact that we only have Pizza Hut dominos and little Caesars as the other options but it could compete ANYWHERE!!! I swear by it. Great taste service sucks but still not worth downgrading the stars. Pizza is THAT good. read more

Was not planning on pizza but this place was conveniently located and available. The pizza sauce and crust are just ok. They make some headway on some interesting toppings but overall I think its just okay. Better than your delivery chains, and maybe the best in the area, but nothing to write home about. read more

The pizza was very good, but the customer service was horrible. I had never been to the pizza shack before, but was told by my coworkers to check this place out. I called initially for the specials, the employee didn't know any specials and was very rude. When I arrived to the restaurant I did not get greeted but was asked what I needed. The employee took my debit card did the transaction said sign the receipt and placed my pizza on the counter top, still no eye contact. When leaving out I said thank you the employee turned around and proceeded to the kitchen area. I thought maybe he was racist. On a good note very good pizza. Fredie Special! read more

Very good! We were heading this way from New Orleans and stopped in. Pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend trying.
