She got our drinks and we ordered a small and a large pizza. About 10 mins passed and we had our appetizers. 30 mins later she asked if we needed anything. I said just our pizza. 20 mins later she comes back to inform me that the kitchen had lost the ticket and they were just getting started on the pizzas and it would take 30 mins. I said no o cancel the order. She okay and went to the back. A few minutes later she came back and said it would only take 15 minutes. So we went forward with the pizzas. They came out about 10 mins later. 1 hour and 20 minutes after we arrived. She apologized but there was no visit from management and no offer to discount or do anything to make up for their mistake. All the food was really good. The prices aren't bad either. But they really messed up on the first impression.
