I called the store to let them know about the accident, and I spoke with the new general manager Jen. Jen was so kind and considerate on the phone, you can tell she actually cares about her customers, unlike many other places! She acknowledged my problem, and went WAY above and beyond whatever was even necessary to make it right! I was taken aback by her such kind gesture, I didn't even know how take it! I will most definitely continue to be a returning customer and give this store my business whenever I want a pizza! First of all, you're an establishment, not a company. You have all of 2 locations. (Another group of people were walking out with us, and they also had the same problem and there words exactly were "lets go get some real drinks, ones that don't cost $14 and let's go somewhere we can actually drink." WOW!) On a side note, why do you have more than 5 host/hostesses (who are all on their phones, even though they're not "supposed to be")? You need 2-3. Why do you have 30-50 waitstaff for an establishment that warrants 10 at best? Do you enjoy bleeding money? If you're looking for a job where you can stand around and do nothing all day this is the place for you. We won't be returning to any of your "company" establishments.
