Will never go here again, a 100% must avoid. Should have just walked out at the very beginning when we began ordering and they couldn't make half the things on the menu. The cooks can't even make Nachos because "they come out to soggy." How can an establishment fuck up something as simple as nachos???! They fucked up 2 of our orders, and I got a total of 15 fries for my burger. They gave us no napkins for our table, and with no one in site, I had to go to the bar to steal their wet naps. Food was mediocre, service was subpar and the price was not worth the meal. It took us forever to get our bill as there was no wait staff in site for most of the night, we were also the only customers in the restaurant. Prior to ordering we asked her to separate the bills in 4 groups and specifically specified what group we wanted the bills in, but she got confused and created a separate bill per item. A little annoying but not a big deal, I honestly wouldn't have cared if it was any other place with any other server but, it was just adding on to the pile of shit we had to deal with that night. I noticed on the bills that what was on the receipt was different from what was on the menu. I explained to her the menu was advertising the food for a cheaper price then what we were being billed for. She told me it "was the tax." I explained to her the difference was in the subtotal prior to hst but she didn't seem to understand what tax was. They ended up not giving us the prices advertised on the menu and began screaming at us, so I just sent an email to customer service. As the name implies, this is a wing chain. They offer a huge variety of wing flavours. Some are dry (seasoning only) or sauced. Then there are almost endless combinations of seasonings and sauces with lots of fun names. We liked the place because there is a flavour to suit every taste, even plain, so the kids couldn't complain. Fries and onion rings were good, too. The wings are meaty. If you're looking for true suicide wings, they have some hot ones but you'd probably have to ask for something "extra special" from the kitchen. It's definitely a hands-on place with a roll of industrial napkins on the table (not particularly soft, but does the job). Staff is very friendly. We've only been to the downtown location but friends report that the Chemong Rd location is just as good and parking is easier. Family friendly, for sure! read more

I go semi-often and in the evenings and I find that the Wings are always satisfactory as well as the wait times during these hours. With 100 flavor's to choose from and different types of wings, normal, breaded and boneless. The wings are filling and the spice they add to to the fries is delicious. Will return again. read more

We usually order from the wild wing on Chemong St however we were in the area of this one, my wife went in and ordered four pounds to go, once we got home we found all of our wings were so over cooked and completely dry. My wife said the server was nice and polite but the wings themselves were very disappointing. read more

1/2 flavours of wings were delicious! I got honey garlic texas(?) wings with maple syrup that I loved. However the "Medium Wings" were very basic and did not have a lot of flavour. The dipping sauce tasted expired, however. Unfortunately, the service I received was passive-aggressive. Went in with my partner on Thanksgiving and we did not know they were closing early. The servers did not mention this, if they had we would have ordered take-out and left. The server spoke to us from around the corner, interrupting our conversation and startling me. We were given about a minute to look at the menu and the server circled around us like a shark and kept asking if we were ready, with the menus still in front of us and we were still reading the menus. They locked the doors on us before we left and muttered something behind us that I can only presume was unpleasant. I myself have worked as in the food industry and I know how much it suks when people come in right before close but we didn't know! It is a very basic and simple thing to let your patrons know you are closing soon but that they are happy to help you still. I will not be going back ever. Wing flavour variety was phenomenal and the wings were excellent. Only complaint was the server could have been more attentive.
