I placed an order for over $70 and I was asking about some pricing as it must have changed, even though I was placing the order, they hung up on me because they didn't understand what I was asking. Clayton Park location was dirty every time I went there and I seen food (donair egg rolls and sliced donair meat) sitting out in the open air while flies were buzzing about. Unswept floors, dirty tables, and half the time garbages were stuffed full. Franchisor (Bridget Lynn Publicover) is quite simply one of the rudest, most self-entitled "professionals" I have ever dealt with. I reported their Clayton Park location to the Public Health for an inspection - she had the manager clean up in time for the inspection. At least it was cleaned up once in the last month or so. Great dough - but way too much pepperoni half the time, and a dirty location on most visits. With better management at this location and a franchisor who takes feedback seriously, this location has far better potential. read more

I've never had a better experience than I had tonight with Pizzadelic. I've tried tones of pizza places in Halifax but I heard Pizzadelic was the best recently so I went out of my way to try it. Ordering was a breeze, the gentleman on the phone was so kind! He said it would take 45 minutes and it took 25. Talk about impressed! The delivery driver was also one of the kindest people ever! The pizza had more toppings than any other pizza I've ever ordered anywhere. The sauce was spicy but the bread / crust was a little sweet - definitely a nice surprise. The garlic fingers were thin crust and each bite was better than before. Full of favour. I'm definitely impressed and I think I found my new favourite comfort food place / pizza place! I ordered of course so I can not speak to their restaurant, but from their employees - I can tell the atmosphere is phenomenal and they must really enjoy it. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone who is into a little bit of a kick to their pizza sauce and who enjoys GREAT pizza. I'll be back !! read more

If you live in the Clayton Park area, you've GOT to order from Pizzadelic, stat! This new addition to our hood is conveniently located, open late (like, skip pizza corner and get your cabbie to make a pit stop here instead kinda late), and owns that sweet spot between dirty pizza (e.g. Jesse's Pizza) and the gourmet, wood-oven type stuff (e.g. Morris East). The Ultimate Pepperoni and BBQ Chicken are my personal faves so far, although cheese lovers will pretty much think they've died and gone to heaven when they sink their teeth into the 4-Cheese Medley. This place is reasonably priced (again, rocking that middle ground), the people who work there are actually polite, delivery is speedy, AND they have debit at the door. I'm becoming a HUGE fan of this place and can't wait to try more of their goodies. So far, the burger and poutine are also delicious - for greasy, oh-so-bad-for-you-food, that is - and the Nacho Supreme on their menu has been calling my name for weeks, literally. Pizzadelic is my go to pizza spot. They have a wide selection of various food ( not just pizza ) plus It's always hot and fresh. I've ordered their pizza multiple times and its NEVER super greasy , and pretty reasonably priced. However if you are in a rush to eat I would suggest setting aside thirty to forty mins for wait time. The Pizzadelic in Clayton Park is consistently good. We've ordered delivery from them a number of times and everything is always hot and fresh. The few times that we've stopped in to grab a slice the staff was always really friendly. Their slices never taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for hours and when the staff think that the pizza might have been sitting a little longer than they'd like, they usually shave a few dollars off the price. Overall, they provide consistent taste and quality at a really decent price, which is what we look for in a delivery spot. read more

I haven't been to their location but I've had them delivery a few times. The delivery times are reasonable and every time I've ordered the food is still plenty hot. The selection is vast- lots of items to choose from, whatever you might be in the mood for. I've only had the pizza, garlic fingers and wings so far but I might get brave and find out what a Donair eggroll is someday! I did a "create your own" the last time and got chicken, peppers, mushrooms and bacon. It was so good, the crust was soft but slightly crispy on the outside, lots of toppings and the cheese was smooth, not rubbery at all. The garlic fingers are standard but very tasty and the wings are some of the best I've had from a pizza place. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves wings. It's not the best pizza I've ever had but it is very good AND it's reasonably priced and in my area so I keep them on speed dial. read more

This is by far the best Pizza I have ever had. I have lived in Ontario (near Toronto) and Alberta (Calgary) and I have never had better. I came back home in 2007 and have been searching ever since for even a decent pizza place here. I found the best in Pizzadelic. My go to is a plain pepperoni and cheese. The sauce is great. A little spicy with a hint of sweet. The peperoni has a little spice as well. I also like the big slices. My husband and I are also fans of the garlic fingers. Comes with donair sause for dipping (I am not a Donair fan so I can't speak to how good it is). Previously my husband liked the KOD garlic fingers but not anymore. The wings are great too. The sauce(s), which are good, comes on the side and you get lots of it. My fav is the honey garlic. The price is right with a large pep pizza at $16 and between my husband and me we have leftovers for supper the next day which brings me to my ultimate reason for loving this pizza....it is awesome if not better the second day once heated up in the oven. I have never had a pizza that was as good the next day as this one. Not rock hard bread or cardboard tasting. read more

I've been to Pizzadelic many times now (at first out of convenience because of how close it is to my place) and I've never been disappointed with their quality of pizza. I can't say too much about their garlic fingers other than the fact that they're good. I find that it's pretty hard to mess up on garlic fingers, and they all sort of taste about the same. The pizza however, is always amazing and different from most pizza places. I always order veggies on mine, and believe me, they are always crispy and fresh! Most of the time when I order pizza from other places, I can only eat about 2 slices and then the rest are leftovers. With Pizzadelic, I can eat about 5 slices because they're that addicting. With pizza and garlic fingers aside, they also have a variety of other things to try. Their poutine (you can pick mozzarella or cheese curds) is always delicious. They give you a large amount with a bunch of gravy, and I can hardly finish it. Their wings are also very good, and they coat it with delicious dressings that you can choose from. I personally love honey garlic! So if you haven't tried Pizzadelic, I definitely recommend it. read more

My boyfriend and I went in and ordered two chicken Cesar salads. We came in to pick it up and they made us wraps. My BF was fine with the wrap but I wanted a salad. They quickly made the salad and we went home. The salad in question did not have any chicken on it and the dressing was on the side (which we did not as for.) So, we went back and the guy who made the salad proceeded to grab a handful of freezing cold chicken and put it on. At this point, we just went home. I'm currently cooking the chicken up so that its nice and warm, and will have to toss the dressing on myself. Not that it's a hard thing to do but that's not the point... We paid for someone to make the salad. Not give us all the components to make ourselves. It's one thing to mess up an order once but 3 times is just ridiculous.
