On a drive from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta, we stopped at this tiny pizza spot in the small town of Las Varas, about an hour out from Puerto Vallarta. We stopped by on a Saturday around 4:30 p.m. Here's our experience:
1) Food: To feed myself, wife and five-year-old daughter, we ordered a large pineapple and ham pizza. After 15 minutes, it came out of the oven hot with thin crust. It was delicious and the perfect lunch for all three of us. If you want more spice, it comes with packets of peppers.
2) Drinks: They have bottled water and all types of sodas. We got cold Miranda sodas.
3) Price: It was $220 pesos for three sodas and a large pineapple and ham pizza. Not a bad price at all!
4) Service: It was kind and they even let us use their very tiny bathroom in the back.
5) Space: It's small. There are only two small tables along the sidewalk.
Since we drove, we easily found parking out front along the street. read more
