Do NOT pay until every last thing is finished. I was sent my final invoice before the job was done…read moreand trusted they would still finish and payed. Do not trust their word that they will make it back out. I reached out multiple times, was told "I'll have a guy come out Friday" on 3 separate occasions, and it now I'm a zero responses from them. I have been left with a half painted window and unclean job site. I will call that my mistake but it does show the integrity of this company. I wrongfully assumed that spending the amount of money we did came with integrity and customer appreciation. Maybe that's extra. ($70k+) We hired them to put a moderate sized addition off the back of our master bedroom on a ranch house. As soon as I made the final payment I was not able to get anyone out. -we were suppose to get black windows but they installed white. When it was brought up they told me they would paint them and have yet to complete that task. - they never returned to finish cleaning up the job site and fix all the dirt the moved away for the foundation.

Can't walk outside without a mask! The poor naive workers don't even bother to wear a mask when cutting toxic stuff like getting silica in their lungs! Not happy with these construction workers leaving all sorts of construction trash and whatever food trash(chips bags, plastic forks. Plastic water bottles, etc) they leave to fly around! Just throw trash right on the ground so that the wind can carry it everywhere! Chaotic mess! I wish I never moved here to Show Low. I hope these workers develop a conscious and quit dumping all over! No care and just a sloppy disaster zone! Regret moving to Show Low. Don't waste your money on these careless people that just want your money! Simply no attention to detail, no common courtesy, no work ethic....just get the job done quickly and sloppily. Literally every fixture is crooked and loose. My teenager can use a drill better than these guys! Don't waste your money on these people!

This is a story of a leaky shower. After literally years of hiring various well regarded plumbers…read moreand handymen to try to remedy it, it always leaked again - usually in less than a year. When mold showed through the ceiling of the room below the shower and the mold remediation contractor cut through the ceiling it was clear we needed to consider replacing the shower and much of the subfloor. Serious perusing of reviews on yelp led me to JRW. Just one phone call made me hopeful. First they re- grouted the shower pan/wall connection so it could be used until they had an opening in their schedule a few weeks away to replace the shower. Finally the big day came. Joel (the owner) sent me photos (it was a tenant occupied home) everyday and explained every step of the way what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He respected my decisions. He also picked out materials subject to my approval - and I always said yes because his choices were excellent as well as in budget. I had been concerned of the impact of a big project with workers in and out every day for a week or so on the tenants. I needn't have worried, the day after it was complete the tenant emailed me unsolicited and said that the workers did a great job: excellent workmanship, seemed trustworthy, respectful of the tenants and house, cleaned up everything and though they hope no more issues arise, they said if workers are ever needed there again they would hope it's the crew from JRW. Two small issues arose unrelated to this project (sticky door and gutter issue) and Joel took care of them for a minor charge. Most mom and pop landlords will tell you- the dreaded call from a tenant that something is broken causes you a few minutes of angst trying to figure out who to call to get it fixed. Now that I know about JRW, I won't feel that worry anymore.

I have used JRW several times over the past 8 years and I have been very pleased because they…read morealways did a great job for a reasonable price! Joel, Ed, and the others are a pleasure to work with. The first job was a master bath remodel, which came out beautiful. A few years later they replaced our 2 sliding patio doors and went the extra mile when they found out that the wood under one of them was rotted. At that time, they also repaired our ceiling which was damaged when our roof leaked. Earlier this year, they replaced a shower surround and kitchen sink. I recommend them!

We had to move in before the job could be finished and they willingly worked with us and around us. Tracy did an excellent job helping us plan and then coordinated the work. We now have a brand new kitchen, master bath and powder room-laundry. Walls were repaired and painted, new tile and carpet. We love how everything came together. Thank you for a great job, Rich and Annetta Karsten

we needed a cabinet installed over our refrigerator. I called William Wallace of the Remodeling…read morePros. He was very professional; gave me a proposal and told me what day he would be there. He came on the day he said he would. The cabinet had to be fitted in and the Pros did a great job. They enclosed it as I asked. Problem was, the crown molding with the new cabinet did not fit with our other molding on the cabinets. The guys removed all of the crown molding, waited for my husband to go get new molding, the installed the new crown on all of my cabinets to make everything consistent. A job that was supposed to be a few hours took half of the day...and we were not charged extra! As the guys were moving my fridge back to its place, the wiggled it and it tore the vinyl. We took pictures, notified William, and he told us he would either fix it or replace it; we had his word on that and that he promised not to leave us hanging. I ended up calling the Warranty Office of my builder who had the exact matching vinyl. They came in, installed it and all was well. The remaining portion of our payment for the job was $300.00. As the vinyl replacement/installation was $250.00, we owed William's company $50.00. When I called him, he asked if I was happy, I said I was, and he told me I owed him nothing. I told him thank you. I would recommend William and his company, Remodeling Pros, to anyone. He was honest and did exactly what he said he would. Actually, he went over and above to make sure we were happy!
