($70k+) We hired them to put a moderate sized addition off the back of our master bedroom on a ranch house. As soon as I made the final payment I was not able to get anyone out. -we were suppose to get black windows but they installed white. When it was brought up they told me they would paint them and have yet to complete that task. - they never returned to finish cleaning up the job site and fix all the dirt the moved away for the foundation.

I called him to see if he needed to reschedule. The next day, he was over 2 hours late. He kept texting he was on his way. We gave him our budget, he assured us we weren't even close. He provided a written quote which covered everything they would do. There were certain items we were responsible to purchase and things he would cover under the contract. One thing that I just can't get over. I purchased a barn door @ 50" wide and informed him we would need at least a 100" long track to accommodate the door. Johnny said he would purchase the track. They installed a 72" track and he said it was the longest one Home Depot had. There is now no access to mechanicals behind it without removing the door. He refuses to correct the failure unless I buy the track and pay for the labor to install the new one! He sent a crew everyday without supervision, stating he didn't need to babysit his guys. They clearly didn't understand the daily work details. In order for my husband and I to be able to communicate, we had to download a translator app. I'm not saying anything negative about his work force, but when a certain language is only spoken in the customer's home, you should provide at least one person who can speak and understand that language. No communication. The only time Johnny showed up to review the work was when I requested him and when he was due to pick up his check! They hung my Ikea cabinets "their" way. Ikea cabinets aren't ordinary cabinets and must be installed using the provided hardware. There were hands full of left over parts! He told my husband I would never know they didn't hang them the way I wanted them hung. This whole experience was very disappointing. He told me in one conversation that this project was a simple one and shouldn't have taken three weeks to "complete". I feel he tried to rush through it for a quick buck. He said he did a lot of extra work for us, but what the extra work was was correcting mistakes his crew made. I will never even mention OnPoint Creations if someone asks for a recommendation. There are more things I could talk about, but this is long enough and the picture has been painted. This is one of the most poorly run operations I've ever worked with. Don't waste your time with this guy!

We arrived at 2:45 to an empty driveway and street, which was already a bad sign. All the lights were off, the door was locked, and no one answered when we rang the bell. If you're not going to show up or honor your own hours, at the very least have your floor plans available online. Completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
