Pj and his team came bright and early (7:00) to cleanup my junk. PJ told me not to worry it, go take care of the kids and they got it covered! So I went back to work and next thing you know they were done they picked up everything and blew the dirt/dust off my driveway in less an hour. I am amazed at the level of service provided every time I book them. Highly recommended!

Pj's always comes through on time, respectful of property, quick in and out, and cannot beat the price for the amount of work and efficiency !

I cannot say enough great things about PJ's Landscaping and Hauling. I attempted to cleanup my backyard myself but quickly realized I was over my head with this project so I contacted PJ's. After I placed the call and text some pictures they came by to see it live. We scheduled an appointment, they came out and tackled my backyard and got it all done the same day!! When I came home I couldn't believe what I was seeing. All the junk, debris and three years of over grown dead grass, bushes and trees were gone or cleaned up!! I finally had my backyard back. I feel like PJ's Landscaping and Hauling has given me a clean slate. I can now turn this into the sanctuary I've always wanted and enjoy it with my family, friends or even by myself. Pj's Landscaping and Hauling came in clutch! I had some big furniture items that needed to be taken. I contacted them, sent them pictures of what needed to be picked up, got a quote, and scheduled. We put the furniture out in the driveway to be picked up. Within the next day, they came by to pick up and all that furniture was gone. Out of sight, out of mind! I called PJ on a Saturday morning to get more information and a quote. He was at another job, and said he could be over after to pick up. I was so surprised. He asked for me to take pictures of what I needed picked up and to text them to him. He would then review and send a quote. I texted PJ's today (on a Sunday) at 2:35 PM, needing a last minute dump run. I got an estimate by a photo I sent. I was told they would be at my house at about 4:00 PM, and they were. Everything was loaded, cleaned up, and gone in a few minutes. Great service. Very reasonable price. read more

I had just moved and needed to haul away some washers and drier from the previous owners found out about pj's landscape n hauling. Prices are unbeatable, easy to pay via venmo did a great job. Called for an appointment and they ended up not showing up, so we made an appointment for the day after next and they say they showed up and left! We were in the yard with the gate open. I feel so lucky I found PJ! I'm renovating an 80 year old house and when I have items to haul away I know hes the guy to call. He's ethical so I know I'm not going to see my stuff on the side of the road like some "haulers" in town do, he's going to get it to the dump or to a place it can be properly reused. I've also called on him to haul kids play equipment. He picked up my item and delivered it safely in perfect condition for a great price. Having PJ bring our play structure actually worked out WAY cheaper than renting a truck and I didnt have to move it-saved my back too :) One last thing, sometimes I have an eye out for weird / vintage items for my home restoration. I found PJ's here on YELP. Phillip and his crew were better than we could have asked! I have wanted to get rid of our broken hot tub for years. Everyone else we called quoted a much higher price than Phillip, and they said the job would require a long process of cutting up the whole hot tub. But Phillip and his men were in and out within 30 minutes. Within that 30 minutes he was even able to provide a quote and remove additional items we needed to get rid of. And the price was STILL LOWER than anything I had been quoted for just the hot tub removal... even by friends of our who started a side business doing this type of things. They even left the area CLEANER than when they arrived. I would highly recommend PJ's for all your junk removal needs. read more

I reached out to PJ's landscaping and junk removal and got an immediate reply! The process was very simple. I sent some pictures and a description of the junk to be removed. We agreed on him coming over the next morning and he gave me a quote for the job. I was more than happy and surprised with the fair price he gave me. I had a ton of stuff and had been quoted almost double by 2 other junk removal companies. He was quick and professional! He even raked up all the little trash to make sure everything was clean. Like to give this great hard working crew the recognition they worked so hard for. I hired PJ's Landscaping and Hauling and scheduled a week in advanced. Phillip arrived on time with a crew of 6 and they did an outstanding job for us. They were well organized from what I was observing with this group. They did a major yard clean up and took the yard waste with them and hauled off all the left over debris we had accumulated through the years in our backyard. We now have a clean canvas thanks to this great crew. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They had a great personality, great sense of humor and they all work well with each other. Don't believe his FB about voted #1... Obviously had friends stuff the ballot box. READ "ALL" THE YELP COMMENTS CAREFULLY. You will see common complaints. He surveyed and accepted the job. Halfway thru he called to say he couldn't take items that he knew were there previously. Would not adjust the price and then Demanded half payment upfront or he would dump the stuff he already picked up back on the property. Then over the next month (yes I was too patient) he had reasons to delay the job, then stopped completely responding to me... He will have excuses or may even refute this posting, but you will notice as you read all the posts that he has a pattern of being a Less Than Honorable Man... read more

Hello Vallejo! Just want to give a BIG SHOUT-OUT to PJ's Junk Removal and owner Phillip Samano. Phillip is a hardworking man that does more than just junk removal. When he get the call to do a haul many time he comes across perfect good items and instead of hauling it to the landfill he takes the time to re-purpose to either an individual in need or makes trades for example a couch will donate in exchange for pet food. Then he donate that to the local human society. Talk about giving back to the local community!!!! Found Pj's in the Solano advertisement book on Saturday night. After some much needed attention to my backyard. I decided to try to shoot them a text on Sunday morning, thinking they might not be able to get to me until next week or would have been really costly. He answered right away, requesting pictures of what I needed done. I texted pictures of junk in backyard, side of the house and some chairs from my garage. He got back to me with a quote and said, he could come on Monday. Doorbell rang Monday morning as scheduled and ready to work. I was recommended to Phillip almost 2 years ago through the vallejo facebook group. I used his services for some yard work I desperately needed done in the back yard. He was always very responsive and worked with my schedule despite the fact he was very busy during that time. Now almost two years later I needed to haul away some junk after some early spring cleaning. Phillip was just as responsive as he was previously he was super friendly and remembered me and my husband even though it's been so long. You guys I was overwhelmed with junk that was piling up and felt like I was drowning. I asked around on quotes to have my items hauled out and well damn I might as well tie things to the hood of my car and Chance it myself. Then a miracle happened I called these guys and they were so nice and helpful. My family and I were in desperate need of hauling services to remove some old furniture from our home. Due to the current pandemic, it is nearly impossible to get our waste management provider on the phone to schedule a bulk pickup, which is, unfortunately, the only way to do so. Found this business as a referral on a Facebook page. So glad I took their advice! Other companies I had tried (before knowing about PJs) didn't answer, were booking too far out to meet my needs, or were less friendly and accommodating. Some standout elements: -Pj texts if you prefer -Let me know when they were on the way -Quoted me in advance off of pictures, but clearly communicated that it was a quote, and that the price could fluctuate some once they got on site. We found PJ's on Yelp after looking for a competent junk removal company. I only had a couple things to remove and didn't have time to go to the dump or borrow a friend's truck. If there's a hauling service you need and its same day PJs is who to call not only do they do an amazing job but their prices beat others out there I recently had only 2 giant items to be removed other companies charged almost $200 and/or above but this service has always giving me the best most reasonable rates and he always comes through when he says he will be there. I texted for a quote to remove a lot of junk. They said they would need to look at it in person. They showed up in less than a hour . Gave what I thought was a fair price and said they would be there first thing the next morning . They showed up on time . Had everything loaded fast . Cleaned up after themselves .
