I ordered a cake from there for my birthday and I was expecting the normal cake that I have ordered…read morebefore. When I tasted the cake the icing was not the same. I called and told them that there was whipped cream icing on the cake and I did not order that because I do not like whipped cream. They informed me that they changed from the old icing to the whipped one. I told them I was not informed that they use whipped icing now. She told me that they do not tell you they use the whipped icing. I then replied if I was told this then I would not have ordered the cake. I preceeded to asked if I can get a refund or another cake with the correct icing. The owner said that she could not refund my money or take the cake back because we had taken a slice from the cake. I informed her that how would I have known it was the wrong icing if I had not tried it. I told her that I would have even taken a store credit. The owner was rude and refused to do nothing. I will definitely not be back there again.
