I went to PJ's Coffee and ordered a breakfast sandwich with a chai tea and it was a really good experience. The sandwich was fresh and filling and the chai tea had just the right amount of spice and sweetness. It was a perfect combination to start the morning and I could tell the food and drinks were made with care. The atmosphere at PJ's was also really nice and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They made sure everything came out quickly and checked in with a smile which made the visit even better. Between the good food, the quality drinks, and the great service PJ's Coffee is definitely a spot I would go back to. The location was convenient and near my office. read more

Am not of leaving reviews but I just thought to put here I live here couple years and every time i try give the benefit of doubt, I get disappointed. Coffee taste old and very bitter and I feeling drink syrup. Quality of coffee 1/10. Please try improving Coffee quality and adding less syrup. Other PJ branches don't taste like this. read more

Upon awaking in the early morning and begin the next road trip day to the beach. My A,B,C's are Awake-Brush Teeth- COFFEE! Now hotel coffee can be OK at times, but my Yelp search in the little town of Ruston, LA yeilded PJ's New Orleans Brew as the nearby shop. In this venue their shop is tucked in behind a building that fronts Farmersville Road just off I20 in a little shop with drive through. The inside is very nice and accommodating. Chairs, Sofa and some of their For Sale bling adorns the walls. My eye caught a lone table and chair set up to honor our veterans. I liked that a lot. Many of my folks have served this great country and like it or not, it says something about the ownership and local associates. Bravo The Coffee. My wife and I ordered our normal mixtures and were delighted with each. The coffee held a nice centerstage to our palates. I picked up an egg thingy and we hit the road. I enjoyed the cup almost to Monroe, LA even cooling it tasted great! I liked the shop and the friendly service so much we made a second visit on the way back home. I'm delighted to know they have a few shops in Big D. None near my zip code-yet. So it's online ordering for now. You should look them up and give your local shop a try. We were passing through Ruston yesterday, Sunday, and made a quick stop here. The staff were wonderful! Personable, welcoming, and fun! Talked me into beignets, and we were delighted. Offered free ice water. Good coffee. Prompt service. I'll always stop there in future. read more

I've been coming here for years now. Could have said they were my favorite place. Today kind of ruined that. The lady at the speaker had an attitude. I get to the window they won't look me in the eye. They don't say a single word to me. I say Thankyou when they hand me my latte and beignets and they still didn't respond. My latte was half full and twice as hot as it normally was. The beignets were burned and obviously so which meant they knew. The worst service I've ever gotten from a coffee place in Ruston. We were on the way to Gulf Shores & noticed a coffee shop open in the afternoon. We went in & enjoyed the charming atmosphere inside. I ordered the hot honey macadamia nut - the service was quick & efficient. The coffee was delicious. We just love this place and enjoy stopping by for a treat! They are tucked away BUT in a very convenient location! I LOVE their Hot Mochas and a warmed cinnamon bun! Around Mardi Gras they carry Gambino's King Cakes by the cake or by the slice. Need I say more! read more

Normally, I love to go to PJ's as my main coffee shop although it is a bit expensive. But today, we were charged extra for asking for light ice & the cup wasn't even fully filled. The whipped cream was extremely chunky and probably expired. And the tipping is now starting at 20% so I wasn't too impressed. read more

I called Pjs Coffee at 7:28 on my way to work for an order of 2 coffees. While ordering all I was asked was JUST my order. Even told them I'm about 20 minutes away. 22 minutes later I arrived and go to pay at the register . They had my ticket printed out prior to me arriving without having my name. I had to verify I'm the one who ordered. After paying and going to wait at the counter, I noticed my coffee wasn't even close to being ready. Let alone being the next order to be made. Now sitting there waiting for my coffees to be prepared, confused why in the hell I have to wait given its been 30 minutes since I ordered. Looking at the time I noticed I'm about to be late to work. I asked the young lady "How much longer till my order is ready?" She replied "It's the next order." I then replied, slightly annoyed, "Does it matter that I ordered 30 minutes ago?" She then rudely explains that they can't prepare orders unless there is a payment THEN points out the fact they have an app. B*TCH I CALLED 30 MINUTES AGO F**K YOUR APP. I was not asked for: my name, number, or card information during the call. All I was told is that it would be ready when I arrive. WAS I GREATLY MISTAKEN! Now after being late to work, slightly running a stop sign, and drinking my over priced, annoyingly good coffee... I'm left annoyed that it took 45 mins for my coffee to be made from when I got off the phone. The ONLY reason they get 2 stars is because I like their menu.
