That isn't the issue. ... the issue is the $4.00 charged manually TWO hours after I left that I didn't authorize. It was one beer... poured from the tap. If you expect a tip for a single beer, then you need to adjust your expectations. I know this is theft because her two friends at the bar immediately tried to recoup my expense while questioning why I "came all the way back here for $4". To which I responded, "it's not about the $4 it's about the principle and the trust. If you're encouraging her to steal from me, then how many other customers is she stealing from?" The general manager was kind enough to look through the receipts and discovered that the $4 WAS charged. He immediately reimbursed me and apologized. The bartender of 11 years apparently made an "error". 11 years.

Typical dive bar vibes: cozy, pool table, smoking patio. I was glad to see that the new owners are cool and make the experience fun. We had an amazing time and felt totally welcomed from the start.
