    Prime rib

Back after ownership change. Pleasantly surprised out how nice the place cleaned up. Menu and staff is unchanged and has always been our go to for the Friday and Saturday night prime rib special. Claudia is still there (amazing server) So good!

Good food, slow-ish service in the sports bar area. I would definitely come back as I've been here about six times. The bartenders are super nice!

12oz top sirloin, bake potato, and veggies

The top sirloin was cooked and seasoned to perfection! Veggies were great! The one onion ring was awesome, definitely will get an order next time! Salad was nice and fresh! My server Deb was awesome, super friendly, made sure I had everything I need including putting the game on that I wanted to watch! They are revamping the place, but will tell you I loved the old school look!

We were here on a Friday night and sat at the bar. The dining room looked busy and there were a couple tables in the bar. Our bartender was very nice. The food was ok. The French onion soup could have used a little help and the ahi app was tasty. My husband enjoyed his margarita. If you're in the mood for steak this is the place to be.

Best prime rib in town. Very convenient location to eat and drink with friends at the restaurant and then go home after dinner.

Open during remodeling by new owners. So far menu is same. Some change in staff. Don't know yet what it will look like remodeling now.

So when we made the trip to Ventura to pick up some prime Grandma Chic furniture for the most beautiful woman in the world, there was zero chance we weren't making a Finney's stop. While the girls did their thrift-shopping thing, my son-in-law and I held down the patio with a couple hazy IPAs and some quality relaxation. The staff was all over it in the best way -- attentive, friendly, and more than willing to come admire the puppy. We kicked things off with the bone-in honey chicken wings, which absolutely did their job. Then it was on to the mains: my go-to prosciutto and arugula pizza, Neeko's Peggy's chicken, MBWITW's usual salad, and a burger for Crazy Kid #2. This place just doesn't miss. There's a reason we come here 5-6 times a month. Great food, great drinks, great vibe, fair prices, and consistently good service. That's a hard combo to beat. Finney's is one of those places you keep going back to because it always delivers. And it does.

On a Saturday for lunch we waited about ten minutes for a table for three. There is indoor and outdoor seating. But note that a lot of the indoor seating is high tops. Our waiter was super nice and attentive. The food wasn't bad. I do, by principal, hate places that don't just include the side of fries with your burger. But my turkey burger did taste good. I would say the only good thing we weren't as impressed with was the margarita pizza. It was a flatbread and honestly a little bland. But the pretzel appetizer was fun how it came with the savory and sweet dipping options. They could put the pretzel with the caramel on a dessert menu and I would get it.

The sandwich and fries came out amazingly fast - unfortunately the fries were cold. No problem getting a. Replacement. They took them back and came back with them crispy and hot - just the way we love them. The Reuben was delish - as good as any I have had at the local deli restaurants. The waitress changed a TV to show the Padres game my buddy wanted to watch, and pretty much all waitstaff was really attentive cross covering tables. We were first warmly greeted by our hostess who was kind and very attentive. We needed area that wasn't too noisy, she so polite. Our waitress Dakota greeted us, she was very Polite, kind, caring, very down to earth. She asked us we had any questions. We did, she answered them all beautifully! There are so many options to choose from & very thing here is high quality! When we got there it was still lunch time so we were able to get the lunch special: which comes with a meal of your choice with soup or salad , and one side. It's a great deal! All the dishes price points are spot on and for the amount of food it's amazing! So we ordered L BBQ Chicken chopped salad to go , 1Pulled Pork Sliders, Cesar salad with corn for the side . We also got LCAB cheeseburger sliders with Lauren's favorite Mac & Cheese, I also added another side mash potatoes with cheese. We were also giving their famous house rolls & their homemade bbq sauce! All wonderfully terrifically delicious!! Ryan was also helping bringing us our meals was very polite, sweet and kind & especially to my mom! So a shout out to him! Thank you ! Dakota was always making sure if we needed anything.
