We went from a small, weirdly placed island to a 10' island in the kitchen without moving any walls. Plus, the placement of appliances and spacing is perfect. They were straightforward about the pros and cons of all of the cabinetry options they offered. Some offer more "customized" features and some are more basic. They were very clear about price and timing differences and there was never any pressure to chose a more expensive option. We chose a non-custom option and are delighted with the outcome. From our initial meeting to completion, everything went smoothly. We were given clear details about timing and costs to manage our expectations. Follow up site visits were so appreciated. Their contractors and subs are absolute pros. Not only were they clearly meticulous about installation, etc., but they were all a pleasure to have in our home. I ran across Jacksonville Countertops on both Yelp and here on Google reviews and EVERYONE had great things to say about Chris and his team. My first meeting with him went great, he was courteous and professional and gave me a price THOUSANDS less than the other installers. One had calculated that we required four slabs of granite and was charging me for 164 sq/ft. When Chris measured it, he came up with 114 sq ft and required only three slabs!! Seriously, is that that much abuse in this industry? Do they think that homeowners cant calculate square footage? Chris didn't leave my house before I agreed to hire him. His reviews were fantastic, his price was the best, and we hit it off like we had known each other for years. When he returned a few days later to take measurements, he had the latest and greatest laser measuring system. Gone are the days of the old wooden templates. I was quite impressed and immediately felt even more comfortable that I had hired the right guy. Installation went smooth, he and his crew did it all in one day with perfect fit and finish everywhere. We couldn't be happier with the service, quality and the end result. We are doing my daughters kitchen soon and without a doubt, we will be using Chris and his team. My advice: Go to Granite Depot on Phillips Hiway and choose your slabs, they have the best selection in town. Then call Chris and let him take it from there. You will not regret it!

This company performed a refinishing of a tub on 3/22/2022 for my elderly parents. Despite claiming they called my parents, they have been unable to provide any proof of attempts to contact. Rather, I have email documentation that shows my mother called the company on March 6, 2023, emailed the company March 7, 2023, and again on November 28, 2023,until she finally received an email from Kellie Valle on November 29, 2023, with an estimate for $297 to repair the shoddy work. This was and is a warrantable issue. The Company did not respond to my parents until the one-year warranty period expired and is now trying to collect money to fix a problem they created. All I am asking on behalf of my parents is for the company to repair their defective work under the warranty they provided and they have refused. When I tried to get them to be reasonable and work with us, their response was "I'm sorry that you do not understand warranties when they don't go your way you get upset and will write a bad review. Be sure you do not put a false review, or you will leave us no choice but to take further action through other means." Please think twice before using this company. I just wish my parents had read some of the other reviews before they hired Bath Tub Man.

The store in Jacksonville FL. I believe has a practice of hiring people for short term employment (…read morenot knowing what they are selling, telling customers anything to make a sale and then being fired shortly there after). My case involves just that. I bought vinyl plank flooring. (900 sq ft). The employee said that vapor barrier was not required because the planks has its own barrier built into it. Installed the flooring and eights months later, the planks began to cup. Took pics, contacted the manufacture. They sent out a rep. to inspect. Claim results stated not a manufacture issue. Went back to the issuing store, showed pics again to them, file a claim with the store itself. Later finding out the employee that sold the product was fired. Now the store will not stand by my problem because they can't contact the fired employee.
