He prepares your taxes but will not answer questions or provide his support when there is a question from the state or federal taxing authority. I do not recommend Steven to prepare any taxes. Find someone else that will actually support you when questions come up. I am not an accountant and that is why I pay an accountant to do my taxes. Steven is extremely unprofessional.

It seemed that she knew what she was doing but mistakes were made from the very first year she did our business taxes. Donna admitted that she was unfamiliar with the state of Delaware and, commendably, she compensated us for the penalties from her initial mistake. But things grew worse, when on her advise we overpaid our federal tax deposits for 2013 and due to a personal arrangement with the IRS, could not recover the over-payment as a refund. We made the situation very clear to her that we not overpay again but rather underpay. But she did the same thing again for fiscal year 2014 and cost us tens of thousands of dollars in unrecoverable over-payments. We are in the process of determining how to mitigate the damage that her negligence has caused to my business. I would not recommend her to anyone in business as she is either incompetent, derelict in her duties or negligent.
