Also, they took it down off of Google. Those reviews were even worse. You will see the same thing being said over and over about how aggressive these guys get with customers. It is a consistent pattern. My husband arranged for my truck's transmission to be replaced here at 954 transmission, and from start to finish, this place was a nightmare. This review I will start off by saying is from the date 3/31/2026 - when you get to the bottom, I'm gonna give you where we're at today which is 5/30/2026 First, the location is very difficult to find. The address they provide does not clearly lead you to the shop. There is signage in the back, but it is busted up and barely visible, honestly holding on by a prayer. Even the owner admitted it has been through a lot from the wind, so do not expect clear directions or a proper storefront. When I called for help, the person who answered did not greet me professionally or even identify the business. Instead, they answered like it was a personal call and immediately asked, "Who is this?" which was already a red flag. When I explained I was a customer trying to locate the shop, I was told to walk around the building in the heat. After doing that, I ended up at an open garage with no office, no clear signage, and no one there to assist customers. When I called back the second time, I said, "Hi, I can't find this building," and that is when he got real nasty and said, "Ma'am, what do you need?" in a tone as if I had no reason to be looking for the building where my own truck was. From there, things only got worse. The person on the phone became impatient, rude, and extremely condescending. Instead of helping, he kept saying things like, "Thank you for finally telling me what you are calling for" in a sarcastic tone. He talked over me, cut me off, and made the entire situation more difficult than it needed to be. When I tried to simply get directions to the office, he became loud and argumentative. At one point, I added my husband to the call so he could hear how I was being treated. The man laughed, called me crazy, and continued raising his voice. By the end of the conversation, I was so frustrated that I said "F U" and hung up the phone. For me to be pushed out of character like that is saying a lot. The entire interaction was so bizarre it honestly felt like he might have been drinking or something. That is how unprofessional and erratic the behavior was. To make matters worse, another employee later confirmed that the person speaking to me this way was either owner/manager. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this business is run. Everything I am saying, you can scroll down and see for yourself in other one star reviews. It is a consistent theme. These guys become very aggressive when they do not like what you are saying or your tone. And when I say aggressive, I mean very aggressive. Please take the time to read those reviews. Also notice how petty they get in their responses.! THEY ARE SHOWING YOU WHO THEY ARE! I'm just mad we didn't read it before we came here. And to top it all off, I paid $5,800 for this experience. 5/30/2026 My car has gotten worse. It makes the most craziest sounds now when you start it. This place is a scam. We are now seeking legal.

Treat you like a drive thru business, took my keys and said we'll let you know once your car is done. Then they contacted me 5'mins before they closed and said how quick can I make it back to the shop, only to find the guy that I handed the keys to went home a long time ago and there was another guy who was in there working on a whole different car while my car was parked on the side. No idea how long my car was actually ready for, I waited all day, turned my car in at 10am and didn't get my car until 7pm, no exaggeration, I got my starter replaced. Should not have taken that long. Oh, and when I showed up, he said "you have the starter replacement right?" We never talked about that, I never said I had the part, he then said okay no problem I could find it, it'll take me an extra 3hours to get it. I just didn't want to deal with this issue anymore so I said sure. I should have taken that as my first sign and left somewhere else. I've had other work done on my car since at a new shop and I'm 1000% happier, better priced, feel valued, plus I can sit inside a shop and wait while my car gets worked on, unlike here. You have to leave and come back once they call you, at the end of the day, 5mins before they close telling you your car is ready, to be picked up by someone you never seen before. OH and these guys don't even report their work into Carfax like every other professional shop does. Everytime a mechanic works on your car, they upload it into carfax to show your recent updates, but this shop doesn't do that. Avoid this shop, let that be an indicator of whether or not you should do business with a mechanic. Very shady to avoid uploading professional required documentation. Now that sucks because when I want to resell my car, my carfax history won't show that I got a new started replaced 2026. There's no history of it whatsoever. Find another more professional mechanic, compare prices, ask if they upload their work into carfax. Ask many questions before agreeing to trust your car with them. How they answer your questions will tell you if you want to do business with them, but do that with others and let me spare you this struggle. Only giving them 2 stars because as far as I know, the starter was actually replaced and haven't had issues since. So I guess they did what they needed to do. But I had a lower quote from another mechanic and I regret not going with him because he's the one I go to now and he charges WAY less for better quality work, he's thorough, takes his time to explain and show you.

They provided us with a scope of work and we signed the part that said "provide a written quote of work will be more than $150". We signed that part because we have a warranty that would cover work but needed to be submitted prior to work being done. - Wobble when driving - - they said they pulled off the front two tires, tried to balance them, could only balance 1 - they said that we should buy two new tires, we agreed. - we later found out the shop doesn't have the ability to take tires off this size rv, they never took them off, they don't have the machine to balance new ones. No payment for this surprise. - new control arm - - we asked them to replace it as it had bad rubber on connection - they said absolutely, no problem - a week later we find out they never ordered the part, they don't have the ability to replace that part, like they don't have the ability to do the job at all in any way, no payment for this -blower- - we ask them to diagnose and let us know before ANYTHING AT ALL is done. Remember, we have a warranty that would cover this, so we were very specific about this. Signed the document to tell us if it goes above $150. - they remove one drawer, reach behind it and plug the blower motor back in as it wiggled lose. - $1,000. They charged us $1,000. They said we authorized 6 hours of work. We called the manufacturer to determine the amount of time it should have taken. They wrote out an email explaining in detail that not to just plug it back in, but to REPLACE the whole thing, is one hour of labor. The owner is a liar. The owner is an insecure 70 year old man with a failing business and health and is desperate to make a dollar. Do not go here. Do not trust them. (Message me, I'll show docs and proof) (The woman behind the counter was amazing and I feel terrible that she has to assist the owner.)
