He told us that it had been broken for a long time, threw us out of the shop, and mocked us for being Latino and not speaking English well. He shouted "Go, go, go!" while making hand gestures for us to leave, as if we were animals, accompanied by two other men. We are senior adults--my husband and I--and we had never experienced such mistreatment in our lives.

Steve took me on a test drive with his head mechanic and some fancy scanner. Not 2-minutes into the test drive Steve turns to me and says Gio, you do not need a transmission, the issue I was having was a p0300 Multiple misfire which causes the car to drive horrible and feel as if it's not going anywhere. I could not believe that my car didn't have a transmission problem which Ed Morse Cadillac told me would cost me $9000 to repair. I went to my personal mechanic and had a tune up replace all plugs, wires and coils and had my Escalade driving like new for under $2000. They lied to me about replacing my brand-new battery, only to find out they swapped it for an old, used one. The very next day, my car broke down and I had to bring it back after spending $2000 on repairs. My car was kept in their shop for almost two months, and after calling every day, I was given excuse after excuse. When I finally got my car back, I found out that they had broken my window and didn't even bother to tell me about it. We signed that part because we have a warranty that would cover work but needed to be submitted prior to work being done. - Wobble when driving - - they said they pulled off the front two tires, tried to balance them, could only balance 1 - they said that we should buy two new tires, we agreed. - we later found out the shop doesn't have the ability to take tires off this size rv, they never took them off, they don't have the machine to balance new ones. No payment for this surprise. - new control arm - - we asked them to replace it as it had bad rubber on connection - they said absolutely, no problem - a week later we find out they never ordered the part, they don't have the ability to replace that part, like they don't have the ability to do the job at all in any way, no payment for this -blower- - we ask them to diagnose and let us know before ANYTHING AT ALL is done. Remember, we have a warranty that would cover this, so we were very specific about this. Signed the document to tell us if it goes above $150. - they remove one drawer, reach behind it and plug the blower motor back in as it wiggled lose. - $1,000. They charged us $1,000. They said we authorized 6 hours of work. We called the manufacturer to determine the amount of time it should have taken. They wrote out an email explaining in detail that not to just plug it back in, but to REPLACE the whole thing, is one hour of labor. The owner is a liar. The owner is an insecure 70 year old man with a failing business and health and is desperate to make a dollar. Do not go here. Do not trust them. (Message me, I'll show docs and proof) (The woman behind the counter was amazing and I feel terrible that she has to assist the owner.)
