I knew my wiper blade needed replacing, but did not tell them, to my surprise they replaced it - thank you. Took my 2003 E500 to Star for a non-starting issue. Turned out to be the fuel pump and Joe informed me that Mercedes had a recall on the entire fuel tank assembly (including the fuel pump) on these cars. He had his guys install a working pump so it could be driven to the Dealer, which is the only way they'll take care of the repair under the recall. Joe called me a few days later and said the new fuel tank was in and that my car also had a disintegrating drive pulley which needed replacing - most shops probably wouldn't have noticed that issue. You've got to love preventative maintenance and catching things before they break and leave you stranded. Vehicle was fixed and ready to be picked up the same day, sitting right up front and had just received a fresh wash and looked beautiful. Had incredible amount of hail damage done to my vehicle, more than 100 dents in the roof and my hood needed to be replaced because there was so many dents. My insurance company quoted an after market hood, but Joe got me an original one for replacement. My vehicle color was only made for one year so Joe had to go out of his way to find out the color so they could paint the hood (as well as many other areas) to match the original paint.
