I don't believe a child has ever been stolen, wow. The staff is loving, caring and professional at all times. The care that children get here far surpasses anywhere else. This is an establishment that goes above and beyond on a daily basis, not only do they make sure that every child is in excellent care, they go beyond expectations when it comes down to giving back to and being a strong pillar of support in the community. This is not a corporate type for profit center, you know the franchise names- this is a family owned and ran center. Their hearts and hands go into making this an excellent choice for anyone considering or needing excellent quality care for their children. They were very nonchalant and not able to see why notifying the parent immediately is important. Very dissapointed by their negligence and nonchalant attitude. The teacher was Claudia in the toddler room. Don't take your kids here. I also heard teachers in the background yelling at kids. Told a child "if you pee yourself that's your problem" sickening. This was the older kids classroom and I was just in the lobby hearing that. Don't leave your children here. Wouldn't trust it.

I drive 20 min each way so that my daughter can be there, as they have become a second family while I am at work. I have developed the utmost trust for all of the staff at Angel's Academy and I go to work every day with a peace of mind that she is safe and happy. I give grace but my last straw was no manager being on site, no call for an injury that needed medical attention AND lack of empathy. She lost a fingernail due to their conditions. I had anxiety picking her up after work because I never knew if she would have a new injury. She attended for approximately 10 months and there were multiple injuries a month. I value communication more than anything, they never delivered on their end and when I asked for copies of incident reports they were missing several. Absolutely unacceptable.
